I'm very disappointed in my treatment by Terri's PMI had them move a number of large items in JuneFor one, they didn't show up the day they were suppose to, so we had to rearrange our plans to meet them the following dayThey then damaged a large dresser because the guys that they had move it couldn't lift it properly to negotiate a staircaseTheir guy's took pictures of the damage and told me someone would either fix it or pay for it to be fixedTwo weeks go by and I haven't heard from them, so I callThey say they have no pictures could I email them some picturesThey then told me that they would send someone to fix it the following week and then I didn't hear anythingUpon following up, their rep said that they would pay for the damage and that they had to submit it to their insurance companySeveral weeks go by and I haven't received a checkI call again, they say they'll look into itI'm now still trying to get them to return my calls in order to get the dresser fixed or a payment for the damageReally bad service
