Terri's Grass Roots

Review: Business agreed to deliver 2 cords of firewood on Dec 16, 2013 for $320. Demanded cash prior to delivery. Delivered only 1 1/8 cords. Did not give me a receipt. Contacted business and on Dec 18 owner left message stating her son was responsible for wood but she would have him make it right. Son never called or showed up. Contacted repeatedly over next month leaving messages or my wife would speak with owner who promised to correct problem. Finally, Jan 26 owner called and left message stating son would drop wood off Jan 27 or 28. Jan 28 he delivers what he called a 1/4 cord which was actually 1/8 cord, 16 cu. ft. when stacked. Called owner after delivery and she stated he would deliver more on Thurs, Jan 30. No wood came. I've given up with these people. They still owe me $120 or 3/4 cord of wood. Been buying firewood for 9 yr and never dealt with anyone like this business.Desired Settlement: Would like to get $120 owed me and would like the public to be notified of business practices of Terri's Grass Roots.
