Terri's response is dishonest. I expected as much based on the 4 other complaints on the Revdex.com but I wanted to be heard by someone.  She is backwoods crooked and being in her studio reminded me of the movie The Deliverance. There was no pricing at the charity auction. Also, after the viewing, out of exhaustion, we offered to pay $1000 dollars for ten hard copied pictures but were told if I did not pay that night the pictures would be deleted. I've got my 80 year old mother in law as a witness to this but this part of my complaint Terri just ignored. She is dishonest and not dealing in daylight and I suggest people do not do business with her.   My mother in law is 80 years old and she just wanted one picture of her and her husband to send to her children. I'm ashamed I ever brought Terri into our life and the days and days of frustration are extremely sad. To add to the frustration our honest complaint is handled with lies. She probably voted for Trump.

I am very sorry that this customer is unhappy but we do strive to be as  flexable as possible while still maintaining the quality and service of our business. We book a consultation appointment for every client to ensure the understanding  of payment options ,product options...

,scheduling,pricing and any other questions they have. During this appointment we provide all of our packages and sales for that current promotion.Clients have the option to book a photo shoot for a later date in which there setting fee secures that promotion price,date and time. Clients are told at the consultation that all fees are non refundable. We also give them a paper that states that there setting fee is non refundable.We spoke with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] regarding there concern about a refund for the setting fee.We provided other dates that they could reschedule and apply there setting fee to any of those dates ,in addition to offering a free family setting which has a value of $300.00 which they declined all offers. My husband and I (the call was on speaker phone) spoke to the business owner, Terri B[redacted], last Thursday, August 24th around 8:15 a.m.  We explicitly told the Owner that my husband had NOT initiated a "stop pay" and had NOT initiated a dispute yet.  The Owner stated that she wasn't going to issue any credit until our dispute went through.  We again re-stated that we had NOT yet initiated a dispute and that we would wait for her to refund our entire purchase of over $700.  The Owner began to raise her voice and say that she wasn't going to do anything yet.  My husband and I listened to the Owner go on and on about saying that she intended to give us a full refund but she wouldn't yet.We contacted VISA who stated to us, on 3 different occasions that since we had NOT yet initiated a dispute a full refund was SIMPLE.  All the business had to do was issue a credit and it would post within 5 business days.We told the Owner that we would wait one week (until Thursday, August 31, 2017)  and check my husband's credit card that he used for the purchase.  If there was no credit from Terri's Photography for the full amount, that we WOULD initiate a dispute with VISA and also recount, accurately, what had happened to us during our experience with Terri's Photography.  We got online and found numerous complaints about this business with descriptions of the problem being VERY similar to our experience.We will be checking my husband's VISA tomorrow, August 31st to see if there is a credit.   We want the business Owner to do as she stated to us numerous time, that she would give us a full refund of our purchase price.Thank you.

“It is my understanding that the Revdex.com is closing this complaint.  I want other Consumers to know that this business failed to resolve my complaint in a timely matter and the time period in which I could dispute this with our credit card company (VISA) was being run out.  I was informed by VISA that I needed to file a dispute with them regarding the charges by this business. I strongly question why this business has an “A” Rating with the Revdex.com with the 2 Negative Reviews and 4 Complaints (including my most recent Complaint) that have been lodged against this company for roughly the exact same practices which in my personal experience I believe are highly unethical and worthy of an investigation by the Attorney General’s Office. Hello,Mrs. [redacted] did receive 1/2 off her session. The original session fee is $300. This fee is to book the session shoot and time spent for the session.  The day of the session is $300 which Mrs. [redacted] was made aware of the day she booked. The $300 goes toward her portrait purchase. We have deducted the gas card in the previous email where we showed the price breakdown. Also the ambassador program was offered to her daughter which she declined. The program offers her the opportunity to receive $100 per person that she refers to us if they book a session. Thank you,Terri

Her gift certificate included a $300 session, and a $200 portrait credit. Mrs. [redacted]) had her session completed on November 11, 2017 on the location...

of her choice. Her session was at Millers Park across the street from her home. Her order appointment took place on November 28, 2017 at Terri's Photography Studio. For this appointment, Mrs [redacted])selects the portraits that she would like to place an order on. Mrs. [redacted]) was made aware that she can apply her $200 portrait credit towards any product that she selects. All of Terri's Photography Studio's products and pricing is published on our website and displayed in a printed form at events with silent auction items. Mrs. [redacted] stated that she did not want to spend any money beyond her portrait credit. She was shown all of her options to keep her cost at a minimum and she refused to make any purchase. We would be happy to schedule Mrs. [redacted]) a second complimentary order session so that she can make a portrait selection and redeem her $200 portrait credit. include a printed copy of all of our products and pricing. Our products and pricing is also included on our website. Mrs. [redacted] chose to have her session take place at her in laws house. Following her session, Mrs. [redacted] scheduled a view and order appointment at Terri's Photography Studio. This is where the customer has the opportunity to design their portraits and select sizes and products. They are under no obligation to attend this appointment, however Terri's Photography Studio does not have any other way for customers to view their portraits. This appointment generally takes approximately 1 hour but we do block at least 2 hours so they are not rushed for their selection. Mrs.[redacted] was told that any selection she made, that she would deduct the $200 for her gift card. Once Mrs. [redacted] made her selection, she did not want to pay any out of pocket expense. If Mrs. [redacted] would like to place an order, Terri's Photography Studio will schedule a second complimentary view and order so that Mrs. [redacted] can redeem her $200 portrait credit to any selection that she would like to make.Kind Regards,Terri B[redacted]

This one is stating complete false information and my daughter, 2 other children and my ex-husband are all witnesses. There was never mention of non-refundable EVER! Nothing in writing, no agreements. This owner is extremely fraudulent.

declined.  Mrs. [redacted] was told that a full senior session  that would be 3 hours and unlimited clothes changes would require a setting fee of $150.00 that would apply toward any package that she would choose at the ordering appointment plus $300.00 the day of her session which goes towards a minimum package purchase. She was advisedm that this would be non refundable. Mrs. [redacted] advised Terris Photography that she wanted her son to have the entire senior session and agreed to pay the additional fees. Mrs. [redacted] placed her orde  which exceeded the voucher in price and quanities of pictures which she agreed to pay for. She was also advised that all sales were final. Mrs. [redacted] was satisfied with her order and signed off on her receipt that she received her auction order and the additional prints of the upgraded package that she agreed to pay for and paid the balance at the time of the order.
