Review: I hired these guys to come survey and stake my property. They told me it would be $1300 for 5 acres of land. When they came out they got started I asked if they needed anything they said no. I told them I would be back later. When I arrived I started to talk to them and they said they found a pin for the second corner very close to where they placed theirs stating that that corner location was correct. When they went to find the third corner they somehow were off by a long shot, they claimed that the corner was in someone else's building. They then packed up and went home and pulled the plots for the neighboring property. But when I called to ask how everything was going they said they would need another $1100 to come and rectify their mistake. They claimed that the $1300 was just a quote but they told me three different times that it was $1300 for 5 acres of staking and surveying not once stating it was a quote. They are the ones who made the mistake and didn't make the money they wanted and are trying to take advantage of a young citizen.Desired Settlement: I would like them to come out and do the job correctly. If that doesn't happen I'll get the attorneys involved. I will not pay for a mistake of someone else.
