I know they have up to 14 days to respond but this process has been going on for almost 6 months and I would like resolution ASAP.... Previously they have been terrible following up and calling back when promised so I don't expect much this time either.

I appreciate the business' willingness to change my date of termination of coverage for the OMNIA Silver Health Plan to 1/1/17 & therefore remove my bill of $391.91.
