Dealer sold me a lemon and has done nothing to fix or repair the vehicle
Purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from them back in June of 2017. Car has had nothing but problems since I purchased. Leaky soft top, bad seals broken AC unit, New brakes, not the engine blew up. GM won't take my calls and sales person is not helpful at all and told me to quit calling. Going to report them to Jeep itself. This is ridiculous
I have paid for everything to date. They need to replace the engine as I have serviced everything as needed.
It is never to our benefit to knowingly sell a customer, whether in our backyard or 10 hours away, a vehicle that has known issues. We go all out to ensure a vehicle is safe and in working order when selling a used car - of course we cannot foresee the future - and that is what this customer is claiming that we did to him. We extend a 3mo/3000mile warranty at no additional charge on all used vehicles under 125,000miles and 2008 and newer - this is protection not only for the customer but also for us. Beyond that - we are at 100% for menu-based product selling - this absolutely keeps us compliant on offering protection, in the form of vehicle service contracts, on 100% of our clients that purchase from us.
Attached is the Product Disclosure that this customer signed off on - it's dated and timestamped 6/15/2017- both on the signature line and by the computer when printed (bottom right).
This is an unfortunate situation that we/I would never wish on any customer - but with that being said a customer assumes all responsibility of vehicle repairs after 3/3000 warranty expires and he/she signs off on Product disclosure.
