We paid $150 for them to come out and see our remodel plans and tell them what we wanted. They spent less than 5 minutes at the house and never wrote anything down. The bid had things we didn’t ask for and missing things we asked for. They refuse to add the pex manifold we wanted and won’t give us an updated bid. We asked for a refund and were denied. I would not recommend your time or money on trying this Plummer.
I explained to customer on how our bidding worked that $ 150.00 for bid and on acceptance of bid Terry reimburses the bid cost in first invoice. Terry does do manifold systems which I explained certain types. Terry went to bid and met ***'s wife he was not there, Terry spent over hour with her, she had a whole list things they wanted with there job. Terry told her that he did not recommend the manifold they wanted to use and that He he would bid what he would recommend for there job after hearing all her questions about job. We did provide a quote and I did try to call and email back and forth with *** to resolve matter and in the end he said " I will be happy getting my $150 back but if not I will be moving on." these are his words in quotes. if Tell us why here...
