To whom it may concern, On Friday September 16th we were contracted to perform air duct cleaning for this customerOver the weekend we received a call from the customers husband, and he reported to us that there had been some damage to his concrete stepsThere had also been debris
accidentally left in his drivewayI took the call, and informed her husband that I would contact my manager who had been there at the jobI assured him that we would take care of any damages, and clean any mess left behindThe following day my manager attempted to contact the husband, was unable to reach him, and left a messageThe next day my manager was able to contact her husband, and informed him that this is damage that we would not be able to repair ourselves, but that we would definitely pay for any work that needed to be performed as it was our faultHe told her husband that they would probably need to contact a concrete/stone company to come out a fix the issue, but that he need to contact the owner before moving forwardThat day I, the owner, agreed, and the following day he contacted the husbandHe told him to contact a stone company of their choice and have them send us the invoice for the workThis is standard procedure as we do not want to force a company on our customers that they do not wantAs for the debris in the drive, we offered to come and clean this ourselves, and were told he was not concerned about the mess, that he was concerned about the stepsToday Thursday September 22nd I received a call from the customer upset that no one had been in contactThe issue had already been resolved through her husband who we originally talked to, and it seems she was unawareWe are currently awaiting the invoice for the damaged steps
