This is the most professional and well-run business of this type that I have ever worked with I appreciate Mark Terry's professionalism Mark, the warehouseman, is a delight to work with whenever I need to access my items I am very impressed with the facility and the way my items are treated and stored I highly recommend this business and would use them many times over

I am SO happy I decided to go with Terry Moving for our relocation from Irvine to San ClementeI was referred to Terry Movers by my mother in law, who has used Mark Terry's company for moves over the years, and also uses them for her storage needs As a military brat, I've done my fair share of moves over the years and I have to say that Mark Terry and his crew did an amazing job of making a often frustrating, difficult event (MOVING!) easy and painless! First, Mark gave us an in-home, flat rate quote for our move None of the "we charge by the hour" stuff that the other companies I researched were offering (what gives the movers incentive to work fast if they get charge by the hour?!) His quote was fair and beat every other company I had researched They assisted us with moving supplies and were always around to answer questions leading up to the move - in fact Mark Terry answers the phone directly! Moving day went great The crew was punctual, professional and took great care of our stuff Nothing was damaged or lost They guys unloaded everything super fast, put together any furniture that needed assembling, moved things that I wanted in a different location and then hauled away all the boxes They even came back a to pick up old boxes when I was finally done unpacking I highly recommend Terry Moving and Storage! My husband contracted the service of this company. they did not disclosed the contract not even the top price they should charge, before they started packing. They sent to my house 2 people and one was totally deaf, very difficult and stressful to deal with him. It took a long time that we have to pay for this extra time. He packed in one special box and marked different, 3 very fine big crystal cut glass bowls from us. When they moved the boxes to the place they were going to stayed, this special box never show up and also one antique wood table with eight corners.
We filled up the form for the insurance that they provided and they never pay us back for the articles. Beside they charge us at the end when my 83 years old husband was very tired and abused in the amount of the charge nearly $10.000 dollars

I thought I was going to move your home in Mission Viejo and would like to work with you there. Please advise how you feel about this and get back to me.[redacted]"
Although he forwarded this explanation, I STILL did not receive any sort of paperwork reflecting this event or transaction. I therefore filed a complaint with the Public Utilities Commission and my credit card company.
I received this message from [redacted] on 12/1/14, in which he states that he has refunded the overpayment and he forwarded a receipt for that. However that refund has still not appeared in my account. I'll keep watching for it; perhaps the transaction takes a few days. 
I have a receipt for the $94 deposit. But I STILL have received NOTHING that reflects the remainder of the funds I paid for this move (which should be $840). I have requested this multiple times, and it's unacceptable that I must ask and ask again for the basic paperwork that I should receive as a matter of course from a properly run business.
So, I will continue to watch for my refund in my account and for the proper paperwork to arrive from [redacted]

Hello all this is [redacted] owner of Terry Moving and Storage inc. . When I first received this complaint I was in [redacted] visiting family for Thanksgiving. [redacted] complaint alleged we did not respond to her emails about a difference of $152.50 charged to the card she gave to pay for her move. Please see her statement concerning this after we did an email search showing no emails came from her. "Hi [redacted],
My emails to you went astray because the return address on yours was a "no-reply" address. (attached)
I'm very busy; we don't need to talk. Please refund the amount I was
overcharged and forward to me the paperwork I should have received.
Regards,[redacted]So the first time I was made aware of this was on November 25th while on vacation and I still responded. In fact I emailed her, called her and text her several times as she posted earlier. She was never overcharged, but rather paid for the hours worked. Be that as it may, in good faith I went ahead and refunded her concerned amount on the card she gave for payment. I emailed her a copy of that refund receipt and the credit which can take two business days should be on her credit card account.  [redacted] received from me personally a copy of the bill of lading that we both signed when I saw prior to the move from San Diego. We went out of our way to accommodate [redacted] with access to her storage and free dumping in our commercial trash bins. At this time Terry Moving and Storage considers the matter closed and settled.  Cordially[redacted]

I have used Terry Moving on 5 occasions, including moving my daughter to Las Vegas. I would recommend his services without exception. His staff is courteous, punctual, and takes great care and pride in their work. Has it always been perfect? That'd be foolish to think so. But whenever there's been any differences, Terry worked very closely to reach an equitable arrangement.
Again, I would recommend his movings and storage services without exception.

One of the employees, [redacted], came to our house to give an estimate which I appreciated so there were no miscommunication about extent of work. Price was very competitive and we decided to go with them. Guys packed up items well and were very careful with our belongings. A few marks on the wall or carpet but I do believe it was less than if I had done it ourselves. Boxes labeled well and delivered into the correct locations at new house.

Over my life I have moved across the country twice and have experienced many regional and local moves. What thrilled me with Terry Moving is that Mark responded immediately to my inquiry and was able to arrange a pick up – and delivery that was perfect. He accommodated the narrowness of my gated community by utilizing a smaller truck and the crew was incredible. The crew was conscientious with wrapping and furniture protection, efficient and was attentive to my wishes. The delivery crew was also prompt, efficient and set and reassembled all my furniture.
Efficient, thorough, attentive, prompt all at a most reasonable price….
