Over my life I have moved across the country twice and have experienced many regional and local moves What thrilled me with Terry Moving is that Mark responded immediately to my inquiry and was able to arrange a pick up – and delivery that was perfect He accommodated the narrowness of my gated community by utilizing a smaller truck and the crew was incredible The crew was conscientious with wrapping and furniture protection, efficient and was attentive to my wishes The delivery crew was also prompt, efficient and set and reassembled all my furniture Efficient, thorough, attentive, prompt all at a most reasonable price… “Thanks” – Mark to you and your crew!

I have used Terry Moving on occasions, including moving my daughter to Las VegasI would recommend his services without exceptionHis staff is courteous, punctual, and takes great care and pride in their workHas it always been perfect? That'd be foolish to think soBut whenever there's been any differences, Terry worked very closely to reach an equitable arrangement Again, I would recommend his movings and storage services without exception

One of the employees, [redacted] , came to our house to give an estimate which I appreciated so there were no miscommunication about extent of workPrice was very competitive and we decided to go with themGuys packed up items well and were very careful with our belongingsA few marks on the wall or carpet but I do believe it was less than if I had done it ourselvesBoxes labeled well and delivered into the correct locations at new house

Hello all this is [redacted] *** owner of Terry Moving and Storage incWhen I first received this complaint I was in [redacted] visiting family for Thanksgiving [redacted] complaint alleged we did not respond to her emails about a difference of $charged to the card she gave to pay for her movePlease see her statement concerning this after we did an email search showing no emails came from her"Hi ***, My emails to you went astray because the return address on yours was a "no-reply" address(attached) I'm very busy; we don't need to talkPlease refund the amount I was overcharged and forward to me the paperwork I should have received Regards,***So the first time I was made aware of this was on November 25th while on vacation and I still respondedIn fact I emailed her, called her and text her several times as she posted earlierShe was never overcharged, but rather paid for the hours workedBe that as it may, in good faith I went ahead and refunded her concerned amount on the card she gave for paymentI emailed her a copy of that refund receipt and the credit which can take two business days should be on her credit card account [redacted] received from me personally a copy of the bill of lading that we both signed when I saw prior to the move from San DiegoWe went out of our way to accommodate [redacted] with access to her storage and free dumping in our commercial trash binsAt this time Terry Moving and Storage considers the matter closed and settled Cordially [redacted] ***
