Spent 5 hours on my boat. And charged 5 hours labor to tell me my computer was no good. I brought boat home sent ecu to get checked and there was nothing wrong with it so looked at boat myself and found corrosion in fuse box. 200 dollar fuse box fix compared to the 5 hours 600 labor they charged and would have had me buy a 2600 dollar computer. I sent an email to tell them they made a mistake hoping for at least a partial refund but they did not respond. I don't mind paying the labor when the diagnosis is right but not when it's wrong. Especially in 5 hours the diagnosis should have been right

Very poor customer service when it comes to servicing commercial accounts.
