Attached is the signed completed work order from *** ***Per MrRooter,
water was coming up threw basement floorCustomer cemented over trapIt
was leakingThey removed the trap, and plugged off the sewerMrRooter
sewer jetted the sewer because of roots and buiof grease*** (of Mr
Rooter) stated, "That they never said we did anything wrong."
In work that was completed four years ago, plus! If customer thought there was a
problem she should have called usWe have a signed complete work orderShe
was very happy over the past four years
We are sorry she had to pay for a snakingThat is common in an old homeShe
(customer) abandon sink in basement and had MrRooter remove the branch
trap and plugWe did nothing wrong

A complaint after four years should be ignored Our standard root guarantee is 6
months As long as it is not caused by other obstacles, kotex, pads, rubbers, or any
other debris
