Dear [redacted] , I am sorry to here about your recent experience at our businessHere at Terry's we strive at giving each and every one of our customers a honest and thorough diagnosis on each and every vehicle we work onAfter talking with the technician that diagnosed/inspected your vehicle, he really did feel that there was a internal problem with the clutchHe tested both the clutch master and slave cylinders by blocking pressure at each of them without any drop in pressure or loss in pedal pressureHe also heard noise coming from the transmission every time you press the clutch pedal which usually indicates a lack of lubrication at the release bearing or a internal problem with the clutch disc or pressure plate itselfWe did not feel comfortable selling the replacement of the clutch master and slave cylinders since they were not low on fluid , leaking or testing for lack of pressureAgain we are sorry for your recent visit and feeling of being "Ripped off"We have refunded your recent bill and will have a check in the mail as of 07/08/ Sincerely, Management Terry's Automotive
