In January I sought chiropractic services for right shoulder pain.I called my insurance in regards to my benefits and it was explained that I have a $copay fro each visit.I was receiving services times a weekI received a statement in February outlining the charges and it showed that I owed $500.00.I called the office and the receptionist (Ashley) told me that it was not a bill, it was a statement and to disregard the amount owed because it did not show any insurance paymentsThe second bill I received shows a balance of $that I owe after my insurance was billed.I was never informed that I had a copay for a specific service I was receiving.Had I been informed that I was incurring additional out of pocket costs I could have made the decision of whether to receive those services.Jean in billing stated that she sends out statements once a month and my first statement was just a list of the charges that were going to be billed.The office has only offered to set up a p
