customer's complaint states that she
"*** ***" completed the NYSP
course online on September **and NYSP issued a certificate of completion
to her auto insurance company but neglected to submit the information to the
NYS DMVWhen she called (over year later) to inquire, our staff could not
find her course completion info in our system, which we keep on file for the
required year periodAfter speaking with her and then her insurance agent it
was discovered that *** *** completed the course under her maiden name B*** *** and not on Sept *** but June **, This explains why *** ***
thought NYSP was responsible for the "lack of service and lack of
information"*** *** also stated that NYSP "never sent
through" her info to NYS DMV, but to the contrary, it was sent with the
information she gave us at that time*** *** spoke with Cynthia on August
**,and was informe d that the information she entered on the online form
was the information sent to NYS DMVIf she needs to change that information
she must put her request in writing (via email) with a copy of her drivers
license to ensure validity and submit the processing fee of $NYSP is
required by state law to submit information electronically to the NYS DMV and
is charged a fee
The customer's complaint states that he "*** ***" enrolled to take NYSP's 6hrdefensive driving course onlineIt is also mentioned clearly by the student himself that "he" had technical issuesWhich in that case I dont think NYSP is at faultThe NYSP online course is designed to be an
easy registration process, and gives you days to complete coursedays in which you can log in and log out at your leisureOur ONLINE customer service department is a California based locationSo I dont see how or where the "Brooklynese attitude" can come inWe issue Full refunds to whomever is unhappy with the course, all they have to do is contact us *** ***
