Dear Ms***, Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. I apologize for the multiple statements and/or phone calls received in regards to your account. Although it may sound like excuses, we did convert to a new practice management system as of January of this year and
we have had some issues we did not anticipate. You account has been adjusted and you will not receive any further contact from us with regards to these services. We've reviewed our internal processes related to self-pay accounts and are making changes to ensure this does not occur again. Thank you for allowing SDI to be a part of your healthcare team

It is the same response placed on Yelp without the condescending comments I reposnded
there that it was the same customer is wrong attitude conveyed over the phone I will send them the $as agreed to which makes my loss &instead of $ If they truly believed in there product and service, their owner would have called me and waived all charges I have a Kinetico ro system for parts on eBay
