I am sorry Mr *** had this experience with usIt is true that the operator has a year warrantyHowever, the warranty is with the homebuilder, in this case Majestic HomesThe proper chain of procedure is for the customer to contact the builder, with whom the customer has his warranty, and
then the builder will contact the subcontractor responsible for the scope of work causing the issueHad this been followed, it should have avoided this issue However, we will be sending Mr *** a refund check for the service call fee, since the problem was not caused by himThank you
