When this woman dropped her dog off at my place to be trained, he did not do any of the commandsI agreed to teach the pup all of the basic obedience commandsI also agreed to take a partial payment of $The second half of the payment was to be mailed to me the following weekI did tell her that if I don't get the second payment all training would stopWhile she was in my house, I explained how her pup sees the world and how to interact with itAt no time did I yell or strike an animalI did tell my cat to get off of the tableShe sat in my chair with her eyes drooping like she was very tired or very highShe also stated that she did not have the time for me to explain to her how to interact with the pupThe only time her pup was in his crate was at night or while I was working with the other training dogMy assistant walks the dogs while I am working with one of the othersOn the day she came to pick up her pup, she seemed to be rushed and only spent minutes with meNormally this takes minutesAt no time did I jerk her dog to make it sitI do use a stern tone of voice when I say a commandHer dog went home doing a sit, stay, come, heel and did not jump on peopleShe never said that she thought her dog was not trained while with meOne and a half hours later I received a call from her stating that her dog will not do any of the commandsI offered her a free extra week of trainingShe said noI then offered her two free extra weeks of trainingShe again said noWhen she said she wanted a refund I told her that she signed a contract that clearly states there are no refundsShe said she would talk to her husband and call me backhours later she called me and stated that they wanted their money backI offered her a free extra week of training and a refund of $185.00, the balance that she still owed me and I never receivedShe said no and hung upShe then texted me and said she wanted a refundI offered her a $refund and two free weeks of trainingShe said noI then texted back to her that I would refund the $that she had paid me plus the $that I did not receiveI went to my post office the next day and sent her the refund by registered mailI had tried everything in my power to make her happyI have many, many clients who have been very pleased with their dog's trainingThey have even offered to bring their dog to court to show how well trained they areOn June she received my check for $and her money order which I never opened the envelope it was inShe got a full refund of $
