Terry's A/C & Heating

We had one of our A/C units go out on us. Terry's A/C and HTG was able to come out the same day (during the COVID-19 scare) to take a look at the issue, and give me a complete description of what was going on. My unit was over 30 years old and had reached a point where it was best to replace it. Although they did give me both options (try and fix, or replace). Kenny from Terry's A/C was great. He explained everything in plain English, avoiding all the industry specific terms. At the end of the day we had to get a new unit. Terry's had the ability to offer me an easy way to finance a new unit on their website. They didn't push top of the line, or items that I didn't need. We settled on a middle of the road unit which covered our needs, and had a long life. I was able to get approved that same day, and they installed the unit the next morning. Turn around time was unexpectedly fast. They were very professional, and Kenny did a great job selling without pressure. I hope he stays with the company, he's an asset and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Terry's A/C to anyone who needs A/C or Heating work.

When our home a/c unit started making a funny, louder than normal noise I called two Katy, TX a/c companies. Only Terry’s called back. The tech stayed in contact with me while I waited at home. I never had to guess when they might arrive - he called and told me. Kenny did a thorough examination of our vents inside and the outside unit as well. He then took the time to redo the wiring that a different company had done shoddy work on. When it was all said and done, I was only charged for a standard checkup fee which was only $70 and very reasonable. If you need a trustworthy company, call Terry’s a/c and Heating. I can vouch for them.
