Review: Gave my car to fix it after accident . They took money from my insurance . And gAve me guaranty. After drive test I discovery other problem in my car ( never have before) . I was fix my car with them before. And they know I don't have this problem . They promise me to fix and toll me that 1 hour job to that additional problem . I gave back my car at least 3- 4 times . And still they can not finish. They toll me they will contact my insurance company for additional pay for fixing that problem. I tolled okey ko problem. After I contact body shop many times and ask how long take to contact my insurance. They were lying to me what they are did contact them and waiting. It's took 3 monts back and forward to communicate to them till I just deside to call my insurance company myself with husband and they toll me they never did contact them. Of course after insurance company refuse pay that problem they check car in body shop and tolled they will not going to cover. That body shop took the money and run and want more. And left me with unsafe car to drive . This new problem become after their work was not correctly done. And I become a victim of lying promising servicesDesired Settlement: They need finish their job .

This customer was in a front end accident and no work was ever done to the front right door. A month after the car had been delivered, the customer came in with the complaint of the door making noise. We spent four hours trying to diagnose the problem. We had an idea of where it was coming from. We determined that it was not a quick fix and would take approximately eight hours. We then tried to contact the insurance. They requested that we turn in a supplement for the additional repair. It was scheduled with insurance for September 25th. The customer dropped off the vehicle for the insurance to do the re-inspection for the door noise. It was determined by the insurance adjuster, not by Terry's Auto Body, that the noise in the door was not related to the accident.

That infor they give you a lie. They did not contact my insurance never. We did me and my husband. They never talk to them at all. And I can Prove to you . We are going to call to you on Thursday 10th directlly to your office and explain more details they are did not fix my car. Left over problems and just pronobnly new it's going to have some time and more parts to re do it. And just want more money form insurance . And try to delay that whole situation for longer time to make look like it's going to be my response to do it. And I broth my car after I took from them 5 days lader. And they sad that not a problem they going to fix it. And we did call them every single week trying to deal with problem. And they always delay for lader . One time they try to fix - and they did not again. And lie about what they contact endurance and waiting for they are response . They never did. What I am going to give details on Thursday.
