I refunded him the $16 or $19 that was owed to him, and that's it.  He was yelling at me and posting false comments on my Facebook page.  I'm not giving him anything else.

social media page, so the accusation that I was posting false statements on his page is untrue.  The only person yelling at his business establishment was [redacted] himself, he not only was yelling for me and my friend to leave but also yelled out a racial slur in the parking lot.  The reason I went to his business was to inquire about the warranty on the brakes his claims to have purchased on my behalf; I was told by the retail store he stated he purchased them at that if those breaks were to come back I could add money to that refunded amount and purchase the premium break pads.  At the present time I have already purchased the premium breaks and paid someone else to do the work.  I'm not concerned about getting my money back at this point but an apology and him taking accountability for his words and actions would be an amicable and mature way to end this dispute.
