I am responding back to [redacted] complaint regarding hisservice with my shop Performance Cycle. Mr. [redacted] came to my shop wanting anew rear tire as well as a service on his bike. On 8/12/2015 I called him andlet him know that his bike was ready for pick-up and gave him the total for theservice...

to him over the phone, he said ok I will be there in a little while. I leftto get my lunch to return to see him waiting because he was there to my shopwithin three minutes after the phone call. If I had known he was going to be that quick to get to my shop I wouldhave waited. He seemed upset about the price of the service and at that point Itried to make it right and asked what I can do to make you happy. His responsewas there is nothing you can do to make me happy, just get my bike off the leftand eat your lunch. I tried to explain, I want to make you happy and he wasn’thaving It, he said there is nothing you can do to make me happy or fix thesituation.He called me after he left the shop and I asked him againwhat can I do and he said nothing. I never held his bike hostage that is funnyto me that he says that because it isn’t true. At this point I will not be refunding any of his money back to him. Itried to fix it in the beginning when he came to pick up his bike and he didn’twant anything to be fixed.

I will await 10 business days for such refund.$120.00Mr [redacted]
[redacted]I do not agree that service was done, however if this is All I can retrieve from this nightmare, so be it.  I will cut my losses.  I did Not Need a rear tire installed, as mine was a couple months old; which ended up being a waste of money for me (the customer) and a pure profit for [redacted] and his Business.As for him to ask "to stop criticizing", I have said Nothing but the truth in this entire matter.  I was used by a 'professional' and then had to prove what was ACTUALLY SAID per [redacted], before a resolution was offered.I want this complaint to stay active until refund is received prior to 9/23/2015 (10 Full Business Days)  as I do not trust this Company.
