We scheduled carpet cleaning and possible Air duct cleaning for March 19th arrival window between 2pm and 4pm, and if we were running early or late we would call as wellI communicated with the customer, told the customer we would arrive closer to 4pm and most likely it would be after 4pm due to
trafficThe customer said that would be to late, customer asked if we could do the job tomorrow meaning March 20th I told the customer we look full and to call me around 12:noon to see if we had an openingWe did everything exactly how it was discussed, Sorry if there was a miscommunicationWe would clean the carpet if the customer wants it clean, no problem?

called Terry's Carpet Care about cleaning his carpet in his apartment to surprise his girlfriend, he set the appointment,  We set for Saturday Jan 9th  3 rooms and a hall,  also he wanted us to look at the pet urine in the carpet throughout,  I told him move any furniture...

out of the way that he wanted out and we would clean around what ever he left and that we could move a recliner chair or sofa back and fourth if he wanted us to, also vacuum, save us a place to park in front so we could get our hoses from the van to his door and that we would need to hook up to an outside water faucet to connect our water supply hose to,  he said that there was one outside, I ask him to check and make sure it was turned on, he said no problem. I told him we would call him when we were on our way or if we were running early or late we would call as well.  My Carpet Tec arrived and looked at job and discussed the cleaning and recommendations for the pet issues, they agreed on what [redacted] wanted him to do,  the Tec went out and looked for a outside water faucet to connect the garden hose to for the supply to the equipment, he check both sides and in the front, as well as [redacted] looked also,, they did not see one.  The Tec told [redacted] that he was out of luck that he needed to hook up to a water supply to run the equipment,  he told [redacted] that he would call the office and re schedule for another day and let them know that there is no outside water supply close by/available and at that point We would send a truck with its own Fresh Water supply to do the job.  [redacted] told the Tec that he had moved all the furniture he had to have it done now and Matt asked if he could hook the hose to the washer faucet, the Tec said that it could be done, [redacted] told the Tec to go ahead and do it.  The Tec attempted to remove the washer hose from the faucet and instantly it snapped right off, of course water was coming out of the pipe, no shut of valve in the apartment, [redacted] got a hold of maintenance man and he shut the water off and caped the water line and turned the water back on. The Tec immediately started removing the water with a water claw made for flood damage water removal,  I arrived with air movers to start the drying process, the water was extracted from the carpet and pad,, we set up the air movers and started the carpet billowing to dry.  I told [redacted] we would be by tomorrow to check and move blowers as needed and connect wall dryers ect, he agreed.  I called [redacted] on Sunday about 2pm and told him it would be closer to 4pm before we would arrive, he said no can you come back on Monday, I told him yes, told him to leave the air movers on and in place and we would be over approx. 3 6pm arrival, he said he didn't get home from work until 2:30ish we agreed.  we showed up and did moisture test with moisture censors what little water made it into the Master bed room was completely dry. We were attempting to continue with drying out what was left, the apartment maintenance man showed up and said to stop don't do anything else and to get our equipment out, and that property management would call me in the next couple of days, I said ok, but we are not finished with the drying process he said don't worry about it. So we left.  I haven't heard from the property management yet,  Nor did I receive any calls from [redacted] or his girlfriend at anytime,  No messages no text or email no communication from [redacted] or the Property management Period. Terry's Carpet Care is not responsible for the pipe breaking,  customer insisted the job be done right then, and asked my tec to connect to the washer faucet.  [redacted] told my tec to connect to the faucet, [redacted] told me the same thing on the 9th when I asked him and he also told the maintenance man the same thing I was standing right there. It unfortunate that it happened. The maintenance man said it happens a lot around here.  The pipe in the wall after time gets brittle and can break or snap when bumped ect the cpvc pipe apparently has many issues as told to me by The Hillsboro city plumbing,  as well as multiple plumbers, as well as other documentation, what that means is Terry's Carpet Care Or [redacted] or liable. Call me
