Answered phone in the middle of the night and listened to my clog problem. Since I was a renter I needed landlord's approval. 3am Fathers Day morning; how is that going to work. Landlord had different guy, so called off Terry's Plumbing. Noon Monday landlord's guy might be out Wednesday! With sewage backing up in laundry room Wednesday was not going to work for us. I called Terry's back nice young lady said would get someone out by tonight. 2:30 pm Monday Terry's called 'Plumber on his way'. 2:50 in pulls plumber and got right to work, which is great because hourly and not flat rate. By 3:40 drain cleared to street and service man even clean sewage and hosed off the now wet and drying floor. They get 5 star because service man went the extra mile to clean up so I didn't have to.
Real person with real review not a [redacted] gripe or complaint. Terry's Plumbing will be my first and last call in all future plumbing needs.
