They do business on the web site [redacted]
It seems to me they are running a "bait and switch" operation.
I was sent information that included their "buy price" formula. Value - 10% - cost of repairs.
When they made the offer it was not even close to that. The offer was made without a site visit or any repair cost listed. Just a flat price.
When I called them on it, the person I dealt with sent a very demeaning email, pointing out my financial situation. He also stated he was unaware of any formula, even though it was sent to me in email!
I felt it was a 'we got you over the barrel' type response.
I would urge others to tread carefully.
