there that it was the same customer is wrong attitude conveyed over the phone.  I will send them the $83 as agreed to which makes my loss &190 instead of $280.  If they truly believed in there product and service, their owner would have called me and waived all charges.   I have a Kinetico ro system for parts on eBay
