Review: I bought a pre owned vehicle that supposedly had a 172 point inspection done which includes alignment and tire balancing. I live in NY so I only saw pictures until the day I picked it up. When driving home to NY I noticed the car pulling left (alignment) and shaking (tire balance). I called the sales rep who told me there is nothing they can do unless I bring it back. I'm not willing to make a 6 hour round trip for something they skipped out on in the beginning. I'm looking to bring the truck to a local GMC dealer for the alignment and balance to be done and paid for by Terryville Chevrolet. I also have a complaint filed with GMC who was also told the same thing I've been told. They are escalating this to management.

I would like the dealership to pay for a four tire alignment and tire balance which totals about $200. That is tax included. I would like this resolved by no later than Friday May 24th as the longer I drive the truck the more damage I can do to the tires which will become another expense.

Review: No return calls from any sales members after multiple attemps

About a month ago I bought a truck that I hate so I tried calling my salesmen and he said give me a few days I will get back to you, a week later no call I contacted the sales manager, same thing, finance director was gonna call me back with options, no call, general manager never returned my call, where do I go from here???Desired Settlement: A call back with options on what I can do

This customer was contacted by our salesperson, our finance manager, and our sales manager. All told him the same thing. We do not have anything new to report to the customer. We are unable to structure a new loan that will work for him. The customer needs to have a specific type vehicle and wants to lower his payment. We are unable to structure a deal with a vehicle that works for both the finance company and the customer. We are sorry we cannot help at this time and are willing to try again in the future.
