We are currently in contact with Mrs [redacted] and providing her with labels to return the product Once received we will refunding the cost of the item and all shipping cost associated to the transaction Thanks [redacted]

Thank you for bringing to our attention areas in which we could improve our store and customer service Currently we operate noticeable different stores from one single location: Tack Store, Clothing Store, Feed Store, and Web Store In an attempt to liquidate inventory at times
we move things to a sale department of the web store into the "bargain barn" When an item is moved to the web-site into a clearance section we remove the item from the tack store, make sure we have an accurate count of the items, and list them online When and item is sold online the inventory is reduced, once the inventory reaches the automated system removes the item entirely from the web-site I explain this so you will understand why the items are no longer available in the store We are an old school paper system in our tack store - so if we left an item on the shelf and if a customer purchased of it would NOT reduce inventory on the web-site therefore continue to sale a product that we do not have I do understand your frustration and will address two points from this We will add a disclaimer to our bargain barn letting customers know these items may not be available in the store for purchase Also I will address the customer service at the front counter immediately.Regards, *** ***

The spurs were drop shipped directly from the manufacturer The manufacturer did not ship in a timely manor and also did not ship the correct item After I was contacted by the customer, I issued a call tag to have the wrong item picked up by Fed Ex and returned The spurs were
received yesterday the 3rd of June and the refund was processed the same day The amount of the refund was $($for product and $for shipping) Regards, *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not completely resolve my complaint/dispute
I will return to the store this weekend (8-8, 8-9) and see what, if anything, has changed in the customer service areasShe did not, however address the fact that the manager was just as RUDE as the girls wereAs we are not the only ones with this complaint, after talking to others, but are the only ones who have voiced it to the Revdex.com.
The issue with the INVENTORY/SALES is just a very poor way of doing business in today's world with all of the available technology, and therefore is their problem before driving away other customers by advertising items that they do not have.
