I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response/lack there of, does not resolve the resolve dispute.
We will be forwarding all of the Revdex.com and Teskey's responses to board members and advisory board members of the four major horse organization that have asked for all of the responses from Teskey's. We will advise them to check the Revdex.com Web Site for this and any other information and the responses as well as the copies that we will provide them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not completely resolve my complaint/dispute.
I will return to the store this weekend (8-8, 8-9) and see what, if anything, has changed in the customer service areas. She did not, however address the fact that the manager was just as RUDE as the girls were. As we are not the only ones with this complaint, after talking to others, but are the only ones who have voiced it to the Revdex.com.
The issue with the INVENTORY/SALES is just a very poor way of doing business in today's world with all of the available technology, and therefore is their problem before driving away other customers by advertising items that they do not have.
