I have sent 2 emails with no replies, and still have not received my orders....I would like a refund, on an 2 orders was made on 10/29/2016, oder# 12427and the second order was made on 11/09/2016, oder# 12429 my email is [email protected]

Review: On February *, 2014, I placed an order for $356 worth of goods with the company on the internet - Order # [redacted]. I received an email outlining my order. Then on Feb. *, 2014, I received another email that my Credit card had been cleared for the charges and delivery would proceed. We are now 18 from that email and 21 days out from the day our order was originally placed with NO merchandised received. Neither email address that I was given has responded to my inquiries and there is no way to leave a message at the number listed with the company on their website.Desired Settlement: IF there is no way to receive the goods ordered then I would like a FULL refund of $356 within the 30 days as stated with the Revdex.com. AND PLEASE remove or list that this business is fraudulent.

Review: Bought jewels items worth of 133dollars since 11/**/13. No update or delivery notice. and money debited from my master card already. I got receipt through my email as Tesmur LLC order no. 11884

I need the jewelry on ** December as I live in Dublin Ireland. I have written 2 emails, no response.

Review: I ordered five pairs of earrings on December [redacted] 2014. I received them today, February [redacted] 2015. I only received two pairs of earrings one style I ordered and another style I didn't even order. I went to their website to contact them and they don't have a phone number. I clicked on the email address they provide to contact them if you have a problem and it didn't connect me to them.Desired Settlement: I would gladly send them back the two pairs of earrings for a full refund of the five pairs I was supposed to receive. Again the order was not correct.

Review: I placed an order on Apr ** 2015 order number [redacted] with a total charge of 62.00. I this time I have yet to receive a shipping email or received the product. I have emailed them with no response and even tried calling the number with also no response.Desired Settlement: I require the product for a major event in the next two weeks. If not received my the [redacted] of May 2015, I want my full refund charged back the the card used for the purchase. This includes the shipping expense as well.

Review: I placed an order on Oct. *, 2013. I have not received any merchandise but my credit card was charged for the amount. I have emailed them two times with no response to either. Any information will be helpful. If this is a scam then it needs to be shut down and not let this happen to other people. Review: First of alI have ordered numerous pairs of earrings from this business have never had an issue there earrings are beautiful. I ordered 6 pair of earrings received 4 pair which were great with a note that said the other 2 pair will cime shortly I waited 2 weeks received nothing . I sent an email explaining and about a week and a half I received 2 pair of earrings that I did not order emailed again explaining and to this day still have not heard anything they even sent a survey asking how my delivery was I explained again and there was a telephone number which I called and of course they did not answer . So I sent back the 2 pair of wrong earrings with another email saying I just want the earrings I ordered They have already took my money I just want my earrings !!!!!Desired Settlement: I just want the correct earrings I ordered !!!! checking there web site the earrings they sent me were not anywhere ! so I do not know why they sent them ?

Review: I placed an order online via Credit Card on [redacted]. The Credit card I used was charged immediatly. After waiting for one week and receiving nothing in regards to shipping or Address confirmation I sent the company an email requesting information regarding my purchase . No reply . I have been sending the company copies of this email on a daily bases, they have yet to reply once to me. They have no phone contact information for me to use , so I have only used the email . I seek resoltion to this asap .Desired Settlement: I am seeking either confirmation of shipment asap or a refund of my purchase price plus shipping ( that has not occurred ) ASAP
