Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowApparently this company is just telling liesThey try to violate the basic rules of any good business and rip off my moneyLet me show you how they are lying about the fact that they did nothing to me in return for my money First, if what they say is true and I got some offers, why they did not follow up with me through my email to inquire about the fact that I was not responding to the offers that I was getting, according to what they allege Second, I got no single e.mail as a follow up from the FAKE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM they claim to haveAs I stated before my e.mail is [redacted] I would just simply ask them to show me their alleged communication and follow up emailsThey even stated in their message that they do that in a weekly basis, where are their weekly e.mails to me? Could they prove that, as I asked before? Third, when I was following up with their representative ***, why he did not tell me that I got some offers that I should respond to He mentioned nothing about all these fake offersAll what he asked me to is to send my resume which I did many times as I mentioned before Fourth, when I asked their representative about the status of my case why he offered the refund according to the message I sentsimply, if there is one single offer to me, he would at least mention that to me I strongly request my full refund as they did NOTHING to me except ripping off my money Regards, [redacted]

As we have our own Job Center Career.eslboards.com with more than jobs posted daily and it had show that there where view to his resume and contacted resume I would gather that he did get at least an interview Also, again we do have a limitation on how long a person can be in the system to request a refund ***

As we try to help all students / trainees to gain employment using our job placement system, we do have to have communication on a regular basis with the trainee about the placement such as how many school have contacted them, how many interviews they have had, and also if they did not receive an offer We have a job placement trainee advisor they contact our trainees in the job placement system weekly They continuously told us and noted in trainees file that they have left a message and also sent an email about where they are within the job placement process Also, TTI has a limit time to issue a refund which is months. Again we are happy to offer job placement at any time to this trainee but we can not offer a refund as they have completed our TESOL program and can not verify the job placement process was followed

***, the company’s representative, states that “I would
gather that he did get at least an interview.” This sentence confirms
my previous statements about this company that they are just telling liesIn
their previous message the company stated that they do a weekly following up
with the trainees; so if this is really the case, how come they are not sure how
many interviews I did???? Have they really contacted me and followed up with me
as they allege??? From ***’s sentence you can tell that they knew nothing
about me! They based their facts on assumptions
which is illogical and is a kind of idiocySecond, they stated that they have a
limitation for refund; this is only applicable if only they actually did
something for me, but with nothing done, they have no right to retain my money
as this is considered no more than a scam

I have been in contact with this customer many times.  He did get quite a few inquires and job interview requests but the schools all said that they did not receive any response after requesting an interview.
Also we have refund...

policy: http://tesoltraining.net/?page_id=2836 which he was emailed and and that has been told to him over the phone.  We did however ask if he would like continued help with job placement. and he has yet to respond.

Apparently this company is just telling lies. They try to
violate the basic rules of any good business and rip off my money. Let me show
you how they are lying about the fact that they did nothing to me in return for
my money.
First, if what they say is true and I got some offers, why
they did not follow up with me through my email to inquire about the fact that
I was not responding to the offers that I was getting, according to what they allege.
Second, I got no single e.mail as a follow up from the FAKE

I would just simply ask them to show me their alleged communication

up emails. They even stated in their message that they do that in a weekly

Third, when I was following up with their representative
[redacted], why he did not tell me that I got some offers that I should respond to.
He mentioned nothing about all these fake offers. All what he asked me to is to
send my resume which I did many times as I mentioned before.
Fourth, when I asked their representative about the status
of my case why he offered the refund according to the message I sent. simply,
if there is one single offer to me, he would at least mention that to me.
I strongly request my full refund as they did NOTHING to me
except ripping off my money.
