As I have stated I have been a Jeweler for over years and have been in Estes park at this Location since as as my record with Revdex.com stands at A+ I have been in my store and reachable by Phone everyday with no contact from this Complaint This Client Pick up the ring and told me that he wreck his car in winter condition On the way to Estes Park and I gave him $Dollars in Cash to help in this Christmas seasonSo the final Price was $I Diamond test and metal tested this ring In Front of him Before he received itHe did not want the Full Refund at that time but took the Ring and $in Cash and leftBecause the ring was size (for free) I am sorry to say there is nothing I can do for this Complaint

After all the things stated in my original complaint, my husband finally just drove all the way to get the ringA friend even had to meet him to take him the rest of the way since his truck couldn't. The owner never emailed or called to say it was readyMy husband caught the owner by surprise on the phone and he said it was magically done. He lied yet again, the ring spins around and falls right off meI can not wear it.Now he's claiming some $ was given? I have a receipt from the day the ring was picked up that clearly states the $1,still that same day he's saying he gave moneyWhy would he write that if it was now only worth $like he's trying to say? He wrote the receiptNot me or my hubbyWhile my husband talked to the owner the owner admitted to folding our original receipt so the total wasn't on it and my husband had him write a new one that dayHe also admitted to Brian S*** not being his real nameIt's just all so greasy.The owner told us that since it is antique, that if we ever wanted to get rid of the ring(he even made a tacky comment about if we divorced) he would absolutely want the ring back and would buy it right back from meI want him to actually mean this ONE thing he said. Being that he's lied so much, I can't even look at the ringAs it wasn't sized and he lied, I can't wear it eitherIt literally falls to the ground if I tryI've even tried to use another ring to hold it in place but to no avail. This has all been so awful that I just want the owner to stick to his word for once and refund us. I don't trust him to resize again(as he didn't even do it the first time, even though he kept the ring for sooooo long)and I sure as heck don't trust his free sizing and diamond replacement for life he swore to us about eitherHe didn't even do it this timeAnd it'd be terrifying to trust him with this ring again only for him to disappear for a while again....Ive read many reviews on the owner since where he has scammed peopleAny positive reviews he has, he's done himself or the people didn't buy anythingIt's really awfulI also have offers from those people to back me up if I need them. Thank for you for your speedy reply Mr***I appreciate it as this is just stressing me out and making me sickMy husband too.The fact he won't even pay to have it checked out shows so muchHe says he tested it, he's a con man and I don't trust his tools even if he did test itThey're probably the same tools he used to "size" the ring. My parents have also looked at the ring, as owners of many fine jewelry pieces and said the ring is still so thin you can tell he didn't resize it. I want my money back as this has been so awful and the ring now has such an awful story and I CAN'T EVEN WEAR ITThat's the worst partHow does someone take so much time to do nothing? This Client Pick up the ring and told me that he wreck his car in winter condition On the way to Estes Park and I gave him $200 Dollars in Cash to help in this Christmas season. So the final Price was $950.00. I Diamond test and metal tested this ring In Front of him Before he received it. He did not want the Full Refund at that time but took the Ring and $200.00 in Cash and left.
Because the ring was size (for free) I am sorry to say there is nothing I can do for this Complaint.
