I want to say she's the owner and have another location at W National Ave Milwaukee, Wi I went into the store on 3/9/ young ladies was working and they where very friendly and helpful after I left I added up my items and notice that she charge me $to much so I kept calling the store but NO answer so the same day I drove back to the store minutes later I guess they where close but the lights was on and the door was unlockedMy year old daughter goes in to ask how much items cost and the ladies was gone another lady that I believe is the owner says I'm close get outSo I get out the car and go in the door still unlocked I'm like can you just tell me how much the items cost she like NO I said get outI go back today to talk to the the lady that I believe the owner say people have bad days it had nothing to do with you I been working months straight without a day off, my daughter was in the car in labor & I had to come and lockupI'm like it saddens me because she was the first person I dealt with on another occasion & I thought she was nice so I went back but this time she was such a rude ladyTalking bout I was trying to bully her because I came in the store requesting how much an item costShe don't care bring the stuff back tomorrow & I will give you your money backI told her you rite people do have bad days but if I have a bad day I don't bring it to workShe going to say I spoke with the girl who was here last night and she said she changered you and I'm like NO she charge me and if she charge me $she cheated herselfBut then she said I will give you but I'm not giving you I'll see if I came days laterI came the same day and all I wanted was my change due to meI don't know if her worker over charging peopleI was telling people about the location & how nice they whereI will never go back their again and No I wouldn't give them good reviewsshe need to learn how to talk to people everyone is not out to get extraI took the because it wasn't worth keep going back & forth
This store has great customer service and the pricing is very affordableI been shopping here for years and always treated with the up most respectWith the way things are now a days you really don't find any small business owners anymoreI will be coming back
Love this store the price is wonderful for any budget wise consumer I thought I lost my wallet and the owner dropped it off without asking for anything in retire I will be coming back
