Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] I am rejecting the offer made because the owner of Tess Motors as not helpful in any kind of way whatsoeverThe owner himself told me that he had drove the vehicle for weeks before I bought it and days later I have to have the engine replaced please tell me how he didn't know something was wrong with itI purchased a warranty that covered the vehicle for years and $5,through [redacted] Union, I now have nothing available to me for this vehicle if I were to need itI took the vehicle not only to one mechanic and was not offered help in finding the mechanic that fixed the vehicle, I also did not receive any help in any kind of way from the owner of Tess MotorsI was without a vehicle because of this for a month and was offered no assistance, in fact I was told by the owner of Tess Motors himself that "I was pretty much [redacted] " I made phone calls and got no response back, when I did speak with ty he owner he was rude, disrespectful and of no helpThere is a day lemon law not a day oneI am paying $15,on a vehicle that is now still having issues and I can't at least get my deposit back of $2,now that I no longer have use of the warranty to cover the out of pocket costs that I had to pay and to try to fix the issues I'm still having with the vehicle to make it lastI already now for a fact that it's going to be at least another $4,to get it working properlyI just wants what's fair

TESS Motors is sincerely apologetic for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. We have pulled Ms***’s file. Upon reviewing the file, we have found some discrepancies in the complaint. The owner of TESS motors was not aware of any problems with the vehicle at the
time of purchase but, as with all our cars, this vehicle was sold as is. Ms*** signed the proper paperwork acknowledging this fact and bought a service contract from an independent company. (See attached documents) When Ms*** started experiencing issues with the vehicle, we happily assisted her in finding the right mechanic to work with her service agreement. We have since spoken with the mechanic who let us know that Ms*** was only charged $on August 17, for the repairs to her vehicle. Ms*** paid $sales tax and $tag and title fee (registration)( See attached document) We do admit that we were delayed in getting her registration to her and because we were at fault paid the necessary fines with the DMV. TESS Motors takes pride in providing our customers with a satisfying car buying experience. We do our best to work with each individual and their situation to get them in a vehicle that will meet their needs

To whom it may concern,*** *** has never purchased a vehicle from Tess Motors, but her husband didWe sold this vehicle we however we did replace the heater core at no costWe did replace the spark plugs in this vehicle and they were under warranty for months or 12K miles through
professional automotive in ***, SC but the customer refused to bring it back to us to have it repairedI have documents to prove all of this upon requestThanks, Matt T*** * Tess Motors

Yes, it was my husband that bought the vehicle but I am the one who has took responsibility for this car and I am paying for all thisI was never told that the spark plugs were under warrantyI was informed by the *** *** Mechanic that if it wasn't fixed right away that it would do more damage to my vehicleSo even if they did tell me that I could bring it back, I would have not have felt safe driving miles because of fear of further damage

The owner himself told me that he had drove the vehicle for 3 weeks before I bought it and 3 days later I have to have the engine replaced please tell me how he didn't know something was wrong with it. I purchased a warranty that covered the vehicle for 3 years and $5,000.00 through [redacted] Union, I now have nothing available to me for this vehicle if I were to need it. I took the vehicle not only to one mechanic and was not offered help in finding the mechanic that fixed the vehicle, I also did not receive any help in any kind of way from the owner of Tess Motors. I was without a vehicle because of this for a month and was offered no assistance, in fact I was told by the owner of Tess Motors himself that "I was pretty much [redacted]" I made phone calls and got no response back, when I did speak with ty he owner he was rude, disrespectful and of no help. There is a 30 day lemon law not a 3 day one. I am paying $15,000.00 on a vehicle that is now still having issues and I can't at least get my deposit back of $2,000.00 now that I no longer have use of the warranty to cover the out of pocket costs that I had to pay and to try to fix the issues I'm still having with the vehicle to make it last. I already now for a fact that it's going to be at least another $4,000.00 to get it working properly. I just wants what's fair.
