[I have received my product, however *** continues to offer extremely poor customer service. I received her e-mail that it had been delivered hours after I filed my complaint and she received it from Revdex.com. I received the product on the 14thbut submitted my complaint on the 11th. This is a continuation of the constant statements being submitted for their failure to take any responsibility. As far as I'm concerned this process is c complete. I just want the truth to be documented.
