Received two Green Goddess salad dressings that were bad.
Hi all, Received 2 Green Goddess salad dressings that were bad. I only live an hour from the office and it is freezing outside so it was not the weather. I have made five orders in the last year and never had a problem and too my surprise I was ignored when I need to get a refund or replacement for two of their products. However two of the salad dressings were oxidized (brown) like they were left out too long and want a refund. I am very sad this is company completely ignored my emails regarding this and not on top of this since I consistently place orders with no issues???
Refund of 12.00 or two replacement(s) of salad dressings. Could be replaced with Avocado ranch if no more green goddess is in stock??
The customer contacted Tessemae's on January 18, 2020 with her complaint. She subsequently provided the company with a picture of the Green Goddess dressings she believed were "bad" due to discoloration. After reviewing the picture, we notified the customer on January 21, 2020 that the dressing was fine to consume. Our Green Goddess is made with gluten-free tamari sauce (soy sauce), which is very dark brown hence the darker color. All of our products are handmade in small batches and may vary slightly from bottle to bottle.
Company used a carrier to ship an order and charged me for shipping. The carrier did not deliver the order, and Company will not refund my delivery
On 7/6/2018 order number XXXXX was placed to purchase 6 items totaling $57.49 with $9.00 shipping added to the bill. On 7/30/2018 after 24 days waiting I reached out to Tessemae asking where my order was. They said that they "just got it back" and if I wanted it, would have to pay another $9.00 shipping. They claimed I entered my own address incorrectly. This was quite insulting, and I asked for a full refund. They refunded me back the $57.49, but refused to credit me back the $9.00. Teresa in customer happiness has been the most insulting customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I have sent a minimum of 30 follow up emails.
I would like the company to examine their customer happiness personnel. Teresa is an unkind, unfair employee who should at the very least be written up for unprofessionalism.
I placed an order. They took my money. They said the order is fulfilled. I haven't gotten my order. It's been a month.
I placed an order #XXXXX on January 1. They said that is was shipped on January 4. On my online account, they indicate that the order is fulfilled. I have never received my order.
I would like my order delivered or my money back.
