Review: We purchased a college test product from Test Center (a.k.a. PSAT Test Center) on 1/17/12 and was charged $64.95. It was supposed to be a one-time charge for the product. Every month since then for the last 15 months, they have continued to charge our credit card for $54.95. My wife and I have not been able to reach them after several attempts and calls are not returned. I need to resolve this problem with this company, as they will continue to charge me improperly. To date, they have charged me $889.20 of which $824.25 is not approved and was improperly charged against my credit card. I cannot reach the company and believe that this is a fraudulent case that I will pursue further, but need help from the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I need a refund of the unapproved charges of $824.25 and any subsequent charges after this date (next charge is on 5/23/13, as they charge every month on this date). I need them to also discontinue to charge my VISA card.

Review: I ordered the PSAT prep for my daughter for a ONE TIME FEE of $89.95 in February of 2014. I foolishly, gave him my debit card. Since that time, my wife noticed they have withdrawn $89.95 from my account in Feb, April, May, June and July. I have tried to call them on several occassions and I get a recording saying that all there circuits are busy and to leave a message. No one calls back. I've notified my bank and I'm waiting for their call back tomorrow.

I have the receipt and can send copies if needed. It says at the bottom Amount Paid $89.95, then Amount Due $0.00!Desired Settlement: We would like to get our money back that they deceptively took from us. We don't have alot and we've bounced checks because we didn't know this payment was being taken out each month. We would also like to have some sort of fine given to them or shut down. It looks like we aren't the only people they have done this too. The product isn't even up to date. It's from 2012.

Review: I received a telemarketing call from PSAT Test Center in December 2013 for PSAT test preparation software and was told that the cost of this software was $179.95 plus $10 S/H. I asked if this company was associated with and if the software was produced by the College Board and was told that they were. I agreed to purchase this software at this price and was billed for this amount on my credit card on 12/25/2013. I received some software shortly thereafter that was produced by "Topics Learning" as well as some information on college grants/lscholarships authored by "[redacted]." These items were clearly not created or associated with the College Board.

Additionally, starting on 2/17/2014 and then monthly on the 16th or 17th of each subsequent month, I was billed $54.95 by PSAT Test Center for bogus charges now totaling $329.70 as of 7/16/2014. I did NOT authorize these subsequent charges, nor did I receive any services or products for these additional fees. I have repeatedly called the customer service number for this business but no one has answered my calls or returned my calls, even though I have left messages with my name and phone number and requested a call back.

I have since searched online to see if anyone else has had issues with this company and have learned that others have had similar experiences with the PSAT Test Center.Desired Settlement: I would like for PSAT Test Center to immediately stop billing me these bogus charges and refund the $189.95 that I originally paid in 12/2013, PLUS the recurring amounts that they have billed me since 2/2014. I would also like for PSAT Test Center to cease these misleading and unethical practices.

Review: I was told the price was $495. I am continually being billed for more than the price quoted over the phoneDesired Settlement: To be refunded the additional amount that is being debited from my account.

Review: I purchased a product from PSAT TEST CENTER on October 19, 2012 and they offered a monthy service that can accompany the purchase of this product. I told them no, I did not want the monthly service, but they have charged me 4 times $54.95 = $219.80 I have contacted them twice in the last 4 months, but every months they continue charge my credit card. I have requested a refund, but to no avail.Desired Settlement: Refund in the amount of: $219.80 for 4 months of un requested services.

Review: A SAT/PSAT/ACT Platinum and Test Center Study Desk was ordered and received from PSAT. Their return policy was that the item could be returned for a full refund within 30 days with a valid Return Authorization Number. As the product did not serve the needs we anticipated, we returned the item within 30 days complying with all requirements including a letter with pertinent information and the Return Authorization Number provided by PSAT. The item was sent via ground courier and a notice of delivery at the site was received. Not receiving a refund within a reasonable time, several phone calls were made to PSAT - all going to voice mail with a promise to call back. A call back was never received. The calls were followed up with a letter to which no response was received. Basically, PSAT has received payment for a product and then failed to comply with their return policy and failed to respond to phone calls and letters.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the purchase price plus return shipping expenses.

Review: In May of 2012 I received a solicitation from "PSAT Test Center". I spoke with the representative who explained that for $65.95 I could purchase a CD to aid my student in preparing for the PSAT (and SAT to follow). I had 30 days money back before the charge would be made. I purchased the CD. In December of 2012, eight months later, we had a fraud issue on our credit card and we researched ALL of our charges only to discover that $54.95 had been charged to our card EACH MONTH (May - December = $54.95 x 8 = $439.60). Initially I pursued this non-authorized charge with Wells Fargo, our credit card company. After their internal research they explained that they could not aid us in recovering this money and that we would have to pursue our claim directly with the service provider. I called "PSAT Test Center" on Feb. 21 (888/349-9567)and spoke with "[redacted]" who explained that he would research my son's activity on the "Study Desk" and that if he had not had activity, then I would receive a refund. On that date [redacted] provided me a "Reference Number" for this matter of 13518881. He indicated that he would be back in-touch with me within 5-10 business days. I have never heard back from him or his firm. I have since called this firm no less than five times only to be immediately directed to their voice mail and promised a prompt return phone call. This has now been going on for over three months. In a contact today (05/14/13) with the College Board organization, the national firm that owns and administers the PSAT, they have disavowed any connection with the "PSAT Test Center" calling is a "Scam". If College Board knows this is a "scam" then others must as well. Why is it still open? Why are credit card firms honoring charge requests from this crooked firm?Desired Settlement: Obviously I would like my money back ($439.60). I agreed to purchase the CD and that is fine. But all other charges after that were not authorized and those funds should be returned to me.

Review: We purchased a PSAT study kit in Oct 2012. This company had been charging my credit card without authorization for recurring charges from November 2012, monthly for $54.95. I called them and left messages and nobody returns the calls. I called the credit card company and they investigated and contacted this company and did not get a response either. so they reimbursed me for 4 months. But they could not give me back money for the rest of the 4 months out of 8 months. This month we see a fresh new charge on the bill again.

I want them to stop charging my Credit Card every month for $54.95 and reimburse me for 4 months which is 4 times 54.95 = 219.80Desired Settlement: I want them to stop charging my Credit Card every month for $54.95 and reimburse me for 4 months which is 4 times 54.95 = 219.80

Review: We were called by a PSAT Test Center representative to sell us on a trial basis discs that would prepare our high school daugther for her PSATs. The discs don't work, and we have called several times prior to the July 31 deadline and left messages during the company's working hours. We want our $89.95 returned. The company's website says that in order to do so they must provide you with a Return Authorization Number which is not provided by website or phone.Desired Settlement: We want the RAN number provided and packaging so we can send the boxed discs back to the company at no cost to us. We also expect reimbursement of the $89.95 sent we paid to the company.
