It will indeed be a fraud if someone from the testmaster 'electrnocially' depositeed the check in my name and cashed it. This should be very easily to verify as to to whom or to whose bank account the $dollars went The very fact that the testmaster would not show the photo copy or the record of the deposited check and instead created a fancy story of 'electronically deposited check' indicates the testmaster is not seeking truth or solution to this matter based on facts

We will not be able to issue another referral check. The $25 check was originally issued in 2009, over 5 years ago. The customer called our office stating that they had found the check and wanted to see if we could reissue the check. Our representative asked the customer to send the check to our...

office. When we received the check, our accounting department researched the matter and found that the check had already been electronically deposited. 
 
Our representative should have been more clear in our email correspondence that we would need to do further research before issuing another check. However, the fact is that our records show that the check was deposited. Also, again, the original check was issued 5 years ago. This is an inappropriate filing bordering on fraud on the part of this customer. Given these facts, it is not reasonable to expect our company to issue a new check. 
 
Test Masters regularly issues referral checks to customers who legitimately deserve them. We regularly give out thousands of dollars to students who use our referral program. You can find several examples of students who have used our referral program at the following link:

We can have the bank pull their archived records, but there are fees that must be paid directly to the bank to obtain this. This check is over five years old and requires the banks to get archived records.  We would require the customer to pay the bank fees beforehand. Unfortunately, the bank fees would be in excess of the amount of the check itself.
