[redacted] Reimbursement Issue regarding a Lift Chair purchased in January Due to two falls my husband experienced in December we contacted The Wheelchair Place, LLC in [redacted] to rent a lift chairA chair was delivered in the evening of the day I calledWe were told that if we purchased one then the rental charge would be refundedAs soon as my husband was able we visited the store to pick out a chair that suited his buildNo problems so farI wrote two checks to the store; one for the rental, and later for the full price of the chairWe were told that they would file the [redacted] reimbursement form for us once my husband's doctor filled out the paperworkA week or so went by and the company called my husband and asked when they could be expected to receive payment for what he owedThey had already been paid, as a matter of fact both checks had cleared our bank accountShortly after that incident the office girl was let goWe have no details of that occurrence
