I am truly not certain on how we can resolve any of MrPappalardo's issues as we have explained the situation in our responsesIn his last response dated 11/16/16, we are not saying he is not honest, but does not understand his purchase history which has been supplied to the Revdex.com and himself#states inferior product, which is not the issue, has he lost the glasses he purchased from use and wants to warranty the glasses that were given to him as a courtesy and n/c! #The lenses that are on my desk are the lenses that we refunded his $forThis was our cost of materials for himOnce he pays the money that has been refunded, he can have themThere are no more free courtesy for him as he does not understand what has been given to him at N/C

If you refer to the bottom of any of the Test Rite receipts you will notice the statement that says " For any reason if you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange them for something else or issue a store creditNo refunds" Please note that on 10/14/we refunded Mr***
$payment because we could not satisfy him, nor could he understand his own historyWe thought it was better to walk away at that point in time. On 8/6/2015, he purchased glasses through his insurance company with the Crizal anti- reflective coatingOne of the benefits, is that Crizal will warranty it for scratching time over a year period of timeThis is not our warranty but the manufacturersThis was done for him on 7/28/16. The reason he has a second frame, is that on 6/10/he sat on and broke his frame from purchase 8/6/As this time the frame was on back order from the manufacturer and out of warranty, we offered to loan him a frame with the scratched lensesThis way when the new frame came in with the new warranty lenses, he would have a total new pair of glasses and would return the Warrantied lenses and loaner frame. Upon pick up of the warrantied product, he asked if he could keep the scratched lenses (which the manufacturer wants back) and loaner frameThe owner thought he was doing the right thing by letting him keep everything with just the $frame replacement feeObviously, now a big mistake. On 10/9/he now wanted the scratched already warrantied lenses redone againAs we explained to him that these were already done on 7/28/16, they could not be done againWe tried to explain that these were his back up glasses and should be wearing the othersUnfortunately, he said he lost his good glasses and now was using these full timeAs we are the in town shop we offered him to have the lenses done at our cost which was $,which was done and refunded. We have paid to have these new lenses made on 10/9/16, which are sitting in his chart hereAll he has to do is pay the money that was refunded to himUnfortunately, he does not understand that the money has been returned to him, nor that both the frame and lenses were a gift to him. As we could not find a resolution for Mr***, we decide to refund his money and let him move onThe story changes to much with no genuine focus or truth

I am rejecting this response because: Number 1. I am not appreciating the fact I am being made out to not be honest or ignornant. number 2. If I wasn't sold lenses that keep getting scratched and cheap and lousy frames that would not snap, just to clean the lenses, I wouldn't be here wasting my time. Please mail me the lenses that are sitting on your desk!! that are MINE I paid for these! Here is my home address *** *** *** ***. Livingtson NJ.So that I can have some one else install these into the frames that are "sitting" at my home without being used !!

I am truly not certain on how we can resolve any of Mr. Pappalardo's issues as we have explained the situation in our responses. In his last response dated 11/16/16, we are not saying he is not honest, but does not understand his purchase history which has been supplied to the Revdex.com and himself. #2 states inferior product, which is not the issue, has he lost the glasses he purchased from use and wants to warranty the glasses that were given to him as a courtesy and n/c! #3 The lenses that are on my desk are the lenses that we refunded his $115 for. This was our cost of materials for him. Once he pays the money that has been refunded, he can have them. There are no more free courtesy for him as he does not understand what has been given to him at N/C.
