Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] throughout the entire course of this installation was present right from day one/ minute one overseeing my installers throughout the course of this project (almost as if he was looking for errors) I can honestly say that [redacted] is the most difficult customer I have ever dealt with personally in the business for over years and running a high volume company that installs over projects per year with a near flawless record? That being said all of [redacted] s complaints in his Revdex.com review are a complete facadeUSA Home Improvement Solutions went above and beyond our contract to pacify [redacted] throughout the course of his installation ie: furnishing new metal roofing panels that were not damaged, insulating pockets of windows, interior trim work of windows etc [redacted] made it a daily practice to question our installers as they proceeded to install this project and would go as far as to question specifically why certain tools were not being utilized during certain portions of the installation process, when [redacted] would not get the answer he was looking for he would contact our office to complain to the point that he contacted our office times during one day of installation? The windows that [redacted] is questioning may not operate as tight as he would want them to is due to the fact that [redacted] has a custom made square window that was installed in an out of square opening in a home that was built plus years ago? The only way that this issue maybe resolved would be to re frame [redacted] s openings which was not part of our contract and would incur a large monetary expense, furthermore we contracted to furnish and install "replacement windows" not new construction windows? In plus years we have never re framed an opening to install a replacement window? In closing our company will not be servicing any issues for [redacted] as there are no issues to service or remedy, this project has been completed in compliance to industry standards and I would personally accept the completion of this project in my own home? Furthermore even if [redacted] would be willing to monetarily compensate us to re frame the window that is of concern to him we would not, simply because I am of the opinion that no matter what or how you would re frame the windows [redacted] would not ? be satisfied, as he made it quite clear to myself and my installers that he has been taken advantage of by other tradesmen and mechanics in his life? I would also like to share that [redacted] filed an executive complaint with [redacted] who administered the 3rd party financing for this project, and effective July 21, they deemed that the project was satisfactory and that the dispute was closed and that [redacted] will be receiving a letter in the mail to that effect? I currently am in possession of this above said letter, if the Revdex.com would like a copy furnished to them I will be more then happy to accommodate them? Any further questions please feel free to contact me direct toll free [redacted] .SincereleyJason *S [redacted] General Manager

Again, as it pertains to the screen in one of [redacted] s windows? Our windows are custom made from our manufacturer and they are perfectly square windows, [redacted] s opening that this particular window was installed in is out of square? [redacted] was not charged to rebuild or re frame existing window openings therefore the screen is slightly out of square due to an out of square opening? The soft lite manufacturers install manual is a guide line for an installer who has never installed a window or for an installer who would be re framing or building a new opening for new construction? [redacted] s application was for a replacement/retro fit installation and our completed project was performed to industry standards? Any additional information please feel free to contact us at [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This problem will never be solved there is an answer for everything I don't understand why rain came in the vent areaI did send pictures to another metal roofing company and they could not believe what my attic looked like My purpose in all of this is to let people know the workmanship of this company I can continue to go back and forth as long as needed to get this to the public Regards, [redacted]

The vented ridge which was originally contracted and paid for is to allow ventilation to properly escape and allow the roof to breath, and is a standard practice in the roofing industry across the board (shingle or metal roofing)Regardless of whether the attic area is utilized or is going to be utilized for living space moot point, the vented ridge would be concealed by drywall and insulation if the [redacted] are going to finish this attic areaWe have installed vented ridges on roofs with attic living spaces in many homes especially in chalet, and cape cod style homes where the "attic areas" are finished living space
