To whom it may concern: We thank you for your correspondence in regards to an issue we had with a customerWe feel there was a little bit of a misunderstanding in the nature of our conversation with the customer when he called in to ask for a refundWe had offered to reship the product
or refund 50% since there was no way to verify that the product was not receivedAs most companies do, the reshipment is obviously something we're willing to do even if the tracking says it was deliveredWe didn't feel that blindly issuing a full refund was appropriate in this situation since it appeared that he had received the productWe understand that issues can happen and in some cases the customer doesn't actually receive the product, which is why we offer to reship instead of refund as many people would take advantage of a full refund offer in that situation. To make this situation right, we have now issued a full refund and attempted to contact the customer to let him know, but we were only able to leave a voicemailHe has now been refunded the full amount of the $chargeWe are willing to help resolve anything else that the customer has issues with, please have him contact our customer service as his account has been updated in our systemThank you for helping in the resolution of this matter
