Thank you for bringing to our attention the complaint of Ms*** ***We appreciate theopportunity to respond to this complaint directly.As seen in the image below, Ms*** *** placed an order via our website on Wednesday,October 11, at 5:pmShe chose the shipping method of UPS NEXT DAY
AIR(SeeFig.1)When Ms*** *** placed her order, she agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the order,as seen in Figure 2, she had to click the button that she has read and has agreed to the termsand conditions thereinIn section of the agreed to Terms of Service, it clearly indicates thatorders placed after pm, PST, will not be shipped the same day, but will be processed andshipped on the following day.(Fig2)I have also supplied you with the link and invite you to read the full Terms of Service on ourwebsite: http://www.testclear.com/Terms-of-Service.aspxMs*** *** placed her order at 5:pm, PST on October 11, As promised, the orderwas shipped the following day, October 12, 2017, via UPS and assigned the UPS trackingnumber of: *** (this is a live link, and you can see her tracking details)Belowis an image of her tracking status, and the delivery of the package on October 13, at 10:03am.As clearly demonstrated, Ms*** *** did not engage in reading the Terms of Service beforeshe placed her orderHad she read the full Terms, she would have informed herself thatshipping cut off time is pm, PST, dailyThis is an error on the part of the customer, not at thefault of the businessFurthermore, Ms*** denied herself the knowledge and ordered withoutcautionshe should bare the weight of the mistake, not at the reputation of our business.Thank you for allowing us the time to respond to this complaintIf you need any furtherclarification, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,Charles A***Manager, Testclear
