billing information. You had acknowledged and attested to the validity of this claim, on a call with one of our representatives, dating back to 11/03/2015. Our support team assured you that every single registration through TesTeachersOnline.com, is accompanied by an e-mail confirmation. There are certain filters, spam options, and even internet settings (such as on a work computer), that can leave messages directed to you, undelivered. Unfortunately, situations of his nature are out of the realm of our control. We do have remote accessing capabilities, to aid in troubleshooting technical issues. Our support staff had offered to send you the login credentials, on multiple occasions. The log in credentials that were initially set on your account, were the same credentials that you had used to successfully log into your account on 11/05/2015. After speaking with your manager, Mr. Essex Marshall, we had all determined that further action would be required on behalf of your local office's IT department, to lift any firewall enabled, that had previously left you unable to log in. After checking your account log and notes, we were able to see that you have been able to sign in to your account, starting on 11/05/2015. Since then, no further contact has been initiated from yourself regarding this matter. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that may have arisen, from the time that you did not receive the log in credentials.
