I am rejecting this response because: 1, what about the days it took for me to receive parts from the buisness just so I am able to see if the engine I was sold was a "good working engine" as advertised, advertisementdays - days= days2, from what I was told by the employee Julio, no matter if it's minute after you purchase a product from the buisness, "they don't do refunds here man," Julio3, what is going on with customer service from the employee to the manager/owner that will not respond to request for his attention after multiple requestI myself am active duty military years and will seek further guidance to recieve further guidance from a JAG lawyer so I can reembursed for the non working engine I purchased for $Thank you for the inconvenience

contacted Manteca Auto Dismantlers on the 34th day from the original purchase, therefore only exchange or store credit can be made. We are sorry for the inconvenience, however we can not change our policy for a customer. The customer is welcome to exchange for another car part or use the $813.75 as store credit, but once again we do not break our policy of a 30-day warranty.
