Our cutoff for postal service orders as detailed on our website is 1:30 PM EST, and orders placed after this time are shipped the following business day. As such, the customers order was shipped on time the following business day on...

December 21st, 2017.The customer did not select a shipping method with a guaranteed deliver-by date. The customer selected our slowest most inexpensive shipping method which only included an estimated delivery date. As we know, shipments are often delayed around the holidays as the shipping companies are under stress due to a higher volume of shipments. If the customer had needed a guaranteed deliver-by date, we do offer other shipping methods that carry a guarantee. However, the customer did not select one of these methods for this order.Here is a timeline of the package's transit:December 21st: Shipped on TimeDecember 22nd: In transitDecember 23rd: Estimated Delivery Day - In transitDecember 24th: Christmas Eve - Postal Service ClosedDecember 25th: Christmas Day - Postal Service ClosedDecember 26th: Package delivered.The package was delayed by one business day from the estimation that was provided.The customer mentioned speaking with someone on December 24th and December 26th, but we were closed the 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 26th for the holidays. I checked for any other calls in our phone system, and I was not able to locate any logged calls on any of our representatives lines.I wish there was more we could have done to make this customer happy, however it seems like on our part everything was executed correctly. If you order after these aforementioned times on a Friday with either FEDEX or USPS, your order will be shipped on a Monday.Return Policy: As of March 21st, 2017, all product sales are final. Products may not be returned for a refund.
