I was billed day I received product. Free trial, with no fine print or confirmation email given of hidden charges.
I Ordered a free trial. I did not receive a confirmation email. This was a free trial with not fine no explanation of hidden charges. There was supposed to be a free trial period but I was Billed $97.99 the day I received it. I was only supposed to be billed shipping which I was on on September 27th. There is no contact address or email. The phone number on the website is a non working number.

Desired Outcome

I wish to be refunded the amount I Paid of 97.99 and have not further shipments of any of their products.

I didnt sign up for this and I want my *** money back. I need this 99 dollars.
I never signed up for this ***. I want my.money back.

Desired Outcome

I want a *** refund for something I didnt sign up for.

Authorized a charge to my creidt caard of $4.98 for a sample of medical supplement. The company subsequently charged $89.90 to my credit card.
Unauthorized charge was made on 8/3/2019. Credit card was canceled. Charge disputed with credit card company who denied the dispute.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $89.90.

I have tried to call 6-times and cancel the subscription. Nobody answers. I want to discontinue the deliveries and billing.
The product did not do as it was advertised to. I simply want to cancel my subscription to the "medicine" and stop the outrageous billing $88.88 and $89.89 respectively. Nobody answers the phone number associated with the product and I cannot get them to stop charging my credit card. I am cancelling my card today.

Desired Outcome

STOP CHARGING ME AND DISCONTINUE MY SUBSCRIPTION!

I charged items they had. A week later they added two more charges onto my account without me knowing.
I bought with bottles of their weight loss items on the internet. Which I did receive but do not want anymore. A week later they have added two more charges of $89.99 and $93.11 both on July 26, 2019 without my knowing on my Discover card. I just happened to notice a email from Discover that my balance was over my limit. So checked my statement out. That is how I found this out. I am disputing this with Discover.

Desired Outcome

I want this money put back on my credit card.

Customer Response • Aug 29, 2019

Dear ***

Thank you ever so for your response. Discover has taken care of the refund for me. I would just like to make sure others know about this so called company to help protect them from this scam. It is such a shame that people do these type of things. I wish they would all get in touch with God to help them through life.
Many Blessings To You Always

Unfair misleading "free" trial - charged for shipping as well as subscription even though I cancelled the order.
Unfair misleading "free" trial - charged for shipping as well as subscription even though I cancelled the order.

Desired Outcome

Refund

Actual sale disguised as free trial
Unauthorized charges. I ordered the trial period for their product, I never received any form of communications stating that I have to cancel within 14 days. I called customer service but its as if there are trained to be condescending towards customers when requesting for refund. I tried to reiterate the reason for my call, the agent became very belligerent. I advise that I will be reaching out to my bank and seek legal counsel based on my experience, the agent stated that you're going to lose your dispute and that the company is protected and I was wasting my time and there was no way I was going to ever see the money that I did not authorize. I was shocked and appalled based on how I was being treated by an agent. This company is a ripoff and I strongly recommend a review of the call since its being tracked for quality service which is a big lie. I strongly feel like this company takes advantage of its customers to make a profit and should not be in business.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of charges.

An order was placed under a free trial but the company charged my account within the "FREE TRIAL"
Whenn the order was placed we were given "17 days" for the trial. On the 16th day my account was charged $88 dollars and $89 dollars. When in fact the cancellation was made on the 3rd day. Somehow the call made to this comoany was not recieved. When calling all the reps state they "do not have a manager or supervisor available to process a refund and are limited to their abilities" when asked if a bank dispute needed to made the rep was very condescending and insisted they will "WIN" rhe dispute. I demand a full refund as the xancellation was made way before the trial was ovet and that the charge was made prior to the "FREE TRIAL"

Desired Outcome

I would like FULL REFUND

I was not aware that by ordering this product, they would continue to charge my card monthly to renew product without my consent.
I I placed my order on the 19th of May. Was not aware that there was a trial period. It was actually my bank that alerted me of unusual activity on my card. This company was billing me monthly for their product without my consent. I called and had my subscription cancelled without them refunding me my $89.98. Their practice and sales tactics is very misleading. I would like a refund.

Desired Outcome

I I would like a refund for this order that was processed on June 4th. I'm willing to return product upon receiving it. I reached out to them on the 4th of June being my deadline to cancel.

BubbyCo*Testo fraudulently charged two amounts on my debit card. They refuse to recredit me.
I have never used or received goods or services from BubbyCo*Testo. I have no idea how they got my information. When I saw the unauthorized charges, I had a replacement debit card issued to me, as this is fraud/theft on my account. The unauthorized charges were on 3/16/19 for $94.67 and 2/26/19 for $4.95. I filled a fraud claim with my financial institution, but after research, they said they could not credit me the $94.67, and that I'd have to resolve the claim with BubbyCo*Testo myself. I contacted the company on 5/30/2019 and spoke to Sarah. She claimed she couldn't locate my information with only my name, email, zip code, and last four digits of my card number. She wanted the entire card number. I informed her that I didn't have the card any longer, as I reported it as fraud, and it was destroyed. She said she would have to send it to another department to research, and they would get back to me. The fact that she couldn't locate me with the information I provided, and wanted the debit card number, leads me to believe that this may be a fishing/scam company; that steals money and information from the public.

Desired Outcome

I would like BubbyCo*Testo to give me back the $94.67 they stole from me. My financial institution said the credit they gave me of $4.95 would remain permanent, and that amount is too small for them to dispute.

I did not receive the either of the 2 trial products advertised by the company, but they still initiated a monthly debit against my credit card.
On March 21,2019, I purchased a trail offer from this company with the understanding that I would receive a monthly shipment that would be auto charged to my credit card. I did not receive either of the trial products but they still initiated the monthly debit to my card and again, did not ship any product to me. I submitted disputes to my credit card issuer for the trial offer and the 2 auto shipment charges.
This company appears to purposely, and unethically, delay the trail shipment so that the auto debit process will occur. I suggest anyone thinking of buying this company's products to not make any purchase and to steer very clear of them.

Desired Outcome

To stop selling their trial products and then delaying delivery, or not shipping at all, to cause the auto ship process to initiate.

Purchased trial offer in Dec. 2018. Subsequently billed my Visa for additional products I did not order in amount of $252.90. Returned unopened.
Purchased trial order of 2 products: Max Fire Testo Boost & Fresh Ultimate Skin in Dec. 2018. I did not agree to or subscribe to further purchases. Jan. 11, 2019 a charge of $252.90 appeared on Visa for more of the above products. I contacted the vendor to advise that I would be returning this & any future shipments & did not want to make any more purchases & their product was unsatisfactory. I requested a refund of the $252.90. A package was received on Feb. 20, 2019, I marked it "Refused" & returned it unopened. Subsequently my Visa statement indicated that 2 more shipments of both products were billed on Feb 11 & refunded on Feb 20 as per my original request less the amount for foreign currency exchange. BUT no refund has been received for the package of products I refused and returned on Feb. 20, 2019. I do have a photo of the package that was refused & returned.

Desired Outcome

Refund & no further contact.

Scammed for 4.00 into offer
Purchased 4.00 into offer..immediately billed 90.00... repoted to my credit card company.. Company stated if I return product I will get full refund.... I sent back product and have not received any refund.

Desired Outcome

refund only

Fraud
This Business Took Approximately $182.90 from my Bank Account with out my knowledge or permission.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to Refund the fraudulent money they Stole out of my account with out permission and to put more safety checks in place to prevent fraud in the future

Much like many of the other reviews on this business, my experience has been awful. I originally ordered the "trial" bottle of Testo Boost and Muscle Boost in September 2017 and paid for shipping only. Unfortunately, in this business' quest to get money, I've been automatically shipped and billed each month for two consecutive months totaling $354.72 in fraudulent charges without my knowledge. Having been recently re-deployed with the Navy, I was unaware of these shipments until my neighbor told me of the packages in the mail. I contacted the company's "customer support" only to be told that "due to company policy, we cannot refund any previous charges." After explaining that I have these packages still sealed from the company and would return the items I was promptly told that returns cannot be accepted and a refund would not be possible. This is absolute garbage. I've never had a reputable company deny a return (of an unused, sealed product) and deny a refund. If you are looking at trying this product, don't. You'll join the many others who have filed complaints with their banks to recoup fraudulent charges made by Test Boost/Muscle Boost.

Testo Boost and Nitric Pump are scams
I ordered a single bottle of Testo Boost about 6 weeks ago. I was sent an extra bottle called Nitric Pump, which I did not order. I assumed (naively) that the extra bottle was simply a free promotion. Several days ago I checked my credit card statement and was shocked that I had been charged not the original price of $49.95, but instead was charged a total of $200 for the 2 bottles. I called the company to complain and was told that I had failed to read the fine print that I would be charged the inflated price after 18 days. After protesting this deception, I was offered a 35% rebate on one of the bottles. However, I decided to simply cancel my credit card when I read online that they have a practice of continuing to send additional products at the inflated prices. I have used Testo Boost for over a month and notice no changes whatsoever. The company is a scam with a product which provides no benefit.

I agreed to pay for initial order but not any reorders. I asked representatives to produce a website or any other agreement that outlined a 87.63 dollar charge for one bottle of there product. He was unable to do that. After some further discussion he agreed to give 30% credit back witch im skeptical of receiving. I canceled my account and will file complaint with my bank. I should have known better. scam alart

I was shipped their Testo BoostX product and billed for it 3 weeks after cancelling my subscription.
Their business practices are dishonest.
I ordered a free bottle of Testo BoostX as advertised, and received another bottle less than a month later and billed $87.63 AND $89.73 on October 29th from Muscle Boost - a product I never even ordered.
I called and complained that I did not order this, and they told me it was automatic renewal unless I cancel, although I saw nothing in the 'fine print' claiming this. I was told they could not refund the full amount (even though the bottle was not open) and I could keep it "So I can experience 100% satisfaction based on time required for the product to be present in my system" and they would refund me 25% of total invoice ($21.91)
I was notified via email October 5th of the cancellation and that a refund would be issued and I NEVER received any refund.
On October 31st I received another bottle of Test BoostX and was billed for it via my Debit Card on October 26th for $87.63.
Once again I was given a cancellation notice, told I would be issued a refund.

I asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 5 minutes, and never allowed to speak to a manager.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the $89.73 for Muscle Boost that I did not order and FULL reimbursement for the two shipments ($87.63 each) of Testo BoostX because they never issued the original refund, which totals $264.99.

Testo Boost X Response

We have looked up this customer's account and found that three (3) 18-day trial orders were placed online - two (2) for TestoBoostX and one (1) for MuscleBoostX. It appears as though a duplicate order was placed for the TestoBoostX product. We apologize for the fact that this error was not caught and that the customer support agent who initially helped this customer didn't notice this and simply cancel/refund this duplicate order at that time. We have followed up with this agent to make sure that this situation does not reoccur.

Regarding the other two orders, as part of each trial, the customer is required to have first agreed to the terms of the trial on the website's order page prior to proceeding with the purchase, which stated that the customer would have 18 days from the date the trial order was placed to try the product and contact the customer support team if he/she wished to cancel the trial or needed more time to try the product. If the customer did not contact the customer support team via telephone or email (contact information for each was also in the terms and elsewhere on the website) prior to the expiration of the trial, then the customer would be billed for the full price of each 30-day supply of product already received and be entered into the monthly auto-ship program whereby the customer would receive and be billed for a new shipment on a monthly basis until the subscription was canceled. We would like to point out that nowhere was the word "free" mentioned.

There are no records of the customer calling or emailing to cancel prior to the expiration of the 18-day trial, which is why he was billed for the full price of each product on September 29th, in accordance with the terms mentioned above. The records show that he first contacted customer support on 10/5/17 to cancel his trial subscriptions. The agent promptly canceled two trial subscriptions on that day, and adhered to the terms mentioned above by declining to issue full refunds, instead issuing a partial refund of $21.91 back to the card used to pay for the original order. We have confirmation that this refund was successfully processed, and if the customer hasn't seen this refund credited back to his card yet, we recommend that he contact his credit card company to find out what is going on. The customer should have seen this refund reflected back onto his credit card account by now.

Unfortunately, as mentioned above, the agent didn't notice the duplicate order of TestoBoostX, and therefore didn't cancel it along with the other two, leading to the customer being billed for and receiving more product after he thought he had already canceled everything. To rectify this situation, the customer was refunded in full for all remaining charges, including shipping and handling. The customer should see all of these refunds on his credit card used to pay for the original order sometime between now and 11/14/17, depending on his bank's processing time. We encourage the customer to contact us directly if he doesn't see his refunds credited back onto his card by 11/14/17.

We can now confirm that we have canceled ALL subscriptions for this customer and he will receive no future charges or shipments of product.

We apologize for the inconvenience of this experience and thank you for your assistance.

Testo Boost X began charging me $200 a month for a product I never ordered.
I saw the advertisement on the internet for a free trial of Testo Boost X, and I gave them my creditcard number for shipping costs ($4). After a few months I started to get monthly shipments of Testo Boost X and another pill for muscle building. The pills came in a bag with no invoice that would detail the costs.

As a warning to others, please be careful. The creditcard itemizes each bottle of pills separately, so its less obvious they are charging $200.

According to the call center, you can not return the bottles of pills after 30 days, so get them back ASAP.

Ultimately it's my fault for ordering anything on the internet from an unknown website, so I'm chalking this up to an costly $800 lesson that we consumers have to be careful of predatory businesses like Testo Boost/Muscle Boost.

Desired Outcome

A full $800 refund and a promise to stop using peoples creditcard number when obtained for "shipping purposes only"

Testo Boost X Response

Dear Revdex.com.

This customer placed 18-day trial orders online in May of 2017 for MuscleBoostX and TestoBoostX. As part of each trial, the customer must first agree to the terms and conditions, which were displayed on the order page where the customer would have entered his credit card information as well as on several other locations on the website. These term, which all customers had to agree to, stated that the customer would only pay for shipping and handling at the time of purchase, but would then be charged for the full price of each bottle 18 days later unless he called or emailed the customer support line to cancel the trial or request more time to try the product. They also stated that he would be placed on the monthly autoship program whereby he would be sent and billed for a new supply of product on a monthly basis until he canceled his account.

Although the customer states he was receiving product on a monthly basis, he unfortunately did not contact us until 4 months after his trial to let us know that he did not want the product and/or wanted to cancel. The agent who handled that call promptly canceled his account but declined to issue refunds due to the terms mentioned above.

It appears that the customer then tried to dispute the charges with his bank, but the bank did not resolve the dispute in his favor, due to the same terms and conditions mentioned above.

However, in order to fully resolve this matter, we have refunded the customer for all purchases, even though we are not obligated to do so, especially since so much time has passed since the trial began and he has received so much product. The customer should see the refunds in about 5 to 7 business days.

This customer's account was canceled when he called for the first time on 9/15/17, and since then he has received no product or further charges, nor will he in the future.

TestoBoost and MuscleBoost scams customers into buying their product with monthly recurring payments.
This is a very common scam. You pay shipping for this "gift," but the fine print states that if you don't cancel before some predetermined timeframe, recurring payments will show up on your credit/debit card. Of course it's written in the fine print somewhere in the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, you have no legal recourse for such graft. Terms and Conditions are legally binding. Do NOT do business with this company. I did manage to cancel my account and get 50% refund, after speaking very sternly to the customer service rep, but it's just not worth the effort. It really doesn't matter whether the product is effective or not, no company should operate this way!

Desired Outcome

I want the Revdex.com to discredit this company so that others do NOT fall prey to this scam!

Testo Boost X Response

Thank you for notifying us regarding this matter. This customer placed two 18-day trial orders online, and the terms were displayed on the order page where the customer entered his information, outlining the details of the autoship program, the length of the trial and the amount of the end of trial charge if not canceled within the 18-day period.

We unfortunately did not hear from the customer within the 18-day time frame requesting to cancel the trial, so he was charged. The phone agent did, as the customer states, refund 50% of the charges as a courtesy, as we are willing to try and find a reasonable resolution for those who may have overlooked any items. Today, we have refunded the remaining 50% of each purchase, and those refunds should reflect in the customer's account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on his bank.

Additionally, we do show that the customer emailed on 10/15 to let us know that his credit card was canceled. The issuing bank should still be able to apply the refunds to his new card, but if he does not see them by 10/20/17, we ask that he call the customer support team so that we can look into it.

This customer will receive no future charges or product, and his trial program is canceled.
