At Testo RPM, every customer is given the option to try their first day supply without charge for days after placing their orderDuring the days, if the customer is not satisfied with their product, they are to contact customer service via phone or email with a notice of their desire to cancel and return the productIf the customer keeps their day supply beyond days from the date of order, they are billed for the product and then billed and shipped a new day supply every days thereafter for a total program length cyclesThe customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service at 866-889-or emailing [email protected] a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.testorpm.com, the product bottle itself, as well as the automated confirmation email that is sent with every orderThe terms are disclosed clearly on www.testorpm.com where the customer would have ordered the productThe customer also has to click a box stating “I agree to the terms and conditions” before the order is processedIf the customer does not click the box to agree to the terms, the order will not processThe terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website, at the bottom of the first page, and also highlighted on the second page where the customer inputs their billing information, as well as linked in the confirmation email The customer placed the order on 1/13/This is when they paid the initial $for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to use the initial day supply they were sentSince there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the day supply on 1/31/as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed toThe consumer contacted Testo RPM on 2/3/via email and all future billings and shipments were canceled at this point and the customer was sent a cancellation email including confirmation numbers The customer then called customer service on 2/5/requesting a refund The agent who handled the call explained the terms and conditions once again and the reason for the charge, and confirmed that the account had already been canceled as a result of the previous email We unfortunately cannot accept a return of an opened bottle as the customer is suggesting, however as an apology for the poor customer service displayed by the agent in handling this call, we refunded the full amount of $89.92, which according to our banking records, was settled to the customer's account on 2/6/ We are also in the process of retraining and/or removing this particular agent from our customer service department However, we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers must accept the terms and conditions before an order can be processedWe state the terms and conditions clearly, and make our contact information readily available to the customer at every opportunityTerms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reasonPlease refer to our website, www.testorpm.comBelow is a brief explanation of our terms and conditions: By clicking the "Place Order" button, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy PolicyYou will pay $S & H to receive a day supply.You will also be automatically enrolled in our membership programIf you decide Testo RPM is not for you, you may cancel within days of your order date by calling our customer service at 1-866-889-or emailing [email protected] canceling your membership within the day trial period you will be required to return the unused portion of your trial bottleIf you do not cancel, the membership program will charge you $on the 18th day of your original order date (not the date you received the product) for your initial day supply of Testo RPM and every days thereafter for up to an additional months or until you cancelYou can cancel at any time by calling 1-866-889-emailing [email protected] you cancel before the 18th day of your order date, you pay the S&H of your day supply as well as the cost of returning the unused portion to our fulfillment centerIf you cancel after the 18th day of your order date, you shall pay for the initial day supply plus any future supplies which have been shipped prior to cancellation without refund

I ordered what I thought was a free trial version of Testo RPM and Biofuel NOsupplementary pills on 5/18/and I paid just the shipping feedays later on (6/7/2016), they charged me for $and $I did not notice the charges until 7/7/when they charged me again for another $and $and resent me a new pair of products the next daySince I did not recognize the charges at that time, I disputed the charges with my bankWhen the dispute team called this company they explained that the charges were hidden under TERMS and CONDITIONS!! They said they will cancel my account (to prevent recurring charges in the next months), and I can return the second pair of products with an RMA number and get refund of $and $94.67, but they said they cannot accept return of the first pair of products (even though they were in sealed/unopened conditions and have an expiration date in 2018), because it was past days from the purchase date (return policy) After a lo
