Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for notifying us regarding this matter We have researched this customer and our data shows that he placed an 18-day trial order online for TestoBoostX on July 1, When he placed his order, he agreed to our terms and conditions, which are clearly spelled out and easy to locate on our website The customer would not have been able to place the order without specifically agreeing to these These terms state that the customer is agreeing to receive a 30-day supply of the product but only pay for shipping and handling at the time of the order, and that the customer will have days from the date the order is placed to try the product and/or cancel the trial to avoid being charged for the full price of the product Nowhere do we state that this is a “trial size” product We did not receive any communication from this customer until July 19, 2017, after he had already been charged in accordance with these terms and conditionsUnfortunately, it is beyond our control whether the customer fully reads the terms and conditions to which he is agreeing However, even though we are not obligated to do so after the trial period has expired, we have issued a full refund in the amount of $as a reflection of our ongoing efforts at excellent customer service The refund was issued to the card he used to pay for the order, and should reflect on his account within to business daysWe will now consider this matter closed, but of course please let us know if there are any questions or concernsSincerely, TestoBoostX Customer Service

There have been 4 charges if 89.95, 89.95.89.93 and 89.93 plus two small shipping charges made to my credit card by this company - all unauthorized.
There have been multiple charges, 2 a month billed to my credit card without authorization:
3/21 $8.83; 6.81
4/6 & 8 89.95; 89.93
5/8 89.95; 89.93

To my knowledge, no product ordered or received for any of these charges. I would like a full refund.

We would like to begin by emphasizing that we are in no way associated with ***. It appears that this customer encountered an advertisement from an affiliate marketer who employed advertising tactics that we did not approve. We have a strict policy that forbids this type of
advertising and this affiliate blatantly disregarded the policy. We no longer work with this affiliate.As we stated in our email to the customer on 10/9/17, we have refunded him 100% of his money as a result of this unfortunate experience, not only with the advertisement, but with the customer service agent who did not handle this situation properly. We have taken actions to ensure that this does not happen again.The customer should see his refund within to business days, depending on his bank’s processing timeWe apologize for any inconvenience this has caused

We have verified that this customer placed two 18-day trial orders online on 6/6/ We show that the customer called on 6/11/to cancel the trial as instructed in the terms and conditions on the website, and the customer service representative offered him an extended trial period in order
to give the customer more time to see if he liked the product The customer agreed, and the trial was extended to 7/2/17.After extensive research into this customer, we have only been able to find one recorded phone call between the customer and the customer support team, though the customer states that he called multiple times The one and only phone recording that we have is the one that took place on 6/11/17, which is why the customer was billed on 7/2/for the end-of-trial product charge as explained in the terms and conditions The only other activity we see on the account is that the customer filed a chargeback with his bank and it was processed on 8/26/17.Nonetheless, we will take the customer at his word that he tried to cancel prior to the extended trial deadline of 7/2/ As such, we have issued him a refund in the amount of $ He should see this refund in approximately business days.To confirm, this customer has been refunded and will receive no future shipments or charges from us.Thank you

This customer purchased an 18-day trial order on 9/14/17.  As part of every trial order, customers must first agree to the terms and conditions stated on the website.  These terms explained that the customer would be receiving a 30-day supply of product for the shipping and handling fee,...

and would have 18 days from the order date to try the product.  If the customer did not wish to continue the trial program, he/she was instructed to call or email customer support within 18 days to cancel the trial and avoid being charged for the full price of the product already received.  This customer's trial period expired on 10/2/17, and he did not contact us prior to then to cancel his order, so his account was charged for the full price of the product in accordance with the terms.  Unfortunately, we cannot control whether a customer fully reads these terms prior to purchasing, but we always try to to work to find a solution with customers who may have overlooked anything.  As such, the customer service representative who spoke to this customer on the phone on 10/10/17 offered a 50% refund, but the customer refused this option.  In order to fully resolve this matter, we have issued a full refund for all charges back to the card entered to pay for the original order.  The customer should see these refunds reflected back into his account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the processing time with his bank.This customer will receive no future charges or shipments from us, and we will now consider this matter closed.

I need complete and transparent confirmation that this company has adequately destroyed my credit card information, will not contact me, will not solicit additional sales, will not retain my o information, will cease practice of their business delivery service to my address, has permanentit destroyed my personal residence information and cannot charge my credit card for additional services.

Our records indicate that this customer placed an 18-day trial order online for TestoBoostX on 7/26/17. As part of every trial order and as was made clear on the order page where the customer entered his credit card information, the customer would have had to first indicate his agreement to the terms and conditions of the trial before proceeding with his purchase. These terms explained that the customer would be receiving a 30-day supply of product for only the shipping and handling charge of $3.95, and that the customer would be entering into a monthly auto-ship program where, after the initial 18-day trial period expired, the customer would be shipped and billed for a fresh supply of product on a monthly basis unless and until the subscription was canceled. These terms instructed the customer to call or email customer support within 18 days of the trial order date to either cancel the subscription and avoid being charged for the full price of the initial 30-day supply, or to request more time to try the product.

After a careful review of this customer's account, we are unable to find any record of him calling to cancel this trial prior to the 18-day expiration date, and as such he was billed for the end-of-trial charge on 8/13/17, as stipulated in the above-referenced terms, and was also sent and billed for a fresh supply of product as part of his auto-ship subscription in September, October and November. We have no record of this customer contacting us until 11/16/17, when he called the customer support line. During this phone call, the customer support agent issued full refunds for all charges except the initial shipping and handling charge of $3.95, even though she was not obligated to do so due to the aforementioned terms and conditions of the trial. The agent also confirmed that the customer would not receive any future charges or shipments, and that his account was canceled. We did not find that the support agent was deceitful in any way as the customer claims in his complaint, or that any sort of "fictitious order" was placed.

We adhere to the strictest PCI compliance standards and therefore do not store or have access to this customer's credit card information. Other than the processing of these refunds, all activity on this customer's account was stopped as of 11/17/17. We are confirming once again that this customer's account has been closed and he will not receive any future charges or shipments. He should be receiving his refunds by 11/27/17 if he hasn't seen them already.
