I ordered these products from their advertisement with this free trial offer. I tried to cancel the order but no Number or phone number.
Order date - 11-28-19, Testomax and ( NitroMax ,which I did not order) Order # *** and Order # 724960 TestoMax - $88.43, NitroMax - $89.91. No paper work with their name or phone numbers or address to contact them before the trail ends. Found out their number when the amount of $194,25 was withdrawn from my account. I called their customer service to cancel and they inform me that the trail ended and the payment was taken out of my account. They claim all their information was with the shipment as well as on the bottles which is not the truth. I have everything with no information as they claim they sent. They offered a discount instead of a full refund that I refused. Then they offered $20.00 of the balance for a refund which I also refused. Then they offered a full refund if The bottles were unopened as the instructions they claim in the shipment which is not true again. I wanted a full refund of $194.25 back into my account ASAP
A full refund from this business since they are not honest with the customers they deal with.

Please be advised that we do not offer free trial of our TestoMAX200 solution. We do not have a product called Nitromax and Testomax. We do have one with a similar name called TestoMAX200,which is probably the confusion is coming from. We have tried locating an account with the Order IDs mentioned , and nothing matches. The prices of our product also does not match what customer claims. In reference to our contact information and availability, our phone numbers are always included in our customer's credit card statement. Our call support is available 24/7 to assist customers with the concern.
